Absolutely phenomenal place. We’re going to look to reserve this house each time our group goes for our annual ski trip. The game room downstairs has all of the amenities from goldeneye to ping pong. we’ve been to many places in the last 10 years and this is by far the best we’ve stayed, and the hot tub easily accommodated 5 people, perfect end to a long day of snowboarding.Highly recommend.

Great mountain getaway!

We stayed here for a few nights after our wedding and the property was definitely big enough for more than just the two of us, but it was a perfect, secluded location for us to enjoy together. Close enough to town, but far enough that you don’t see your neighbors, this beautiful cabin is the ideal location for a mountain getaway. We will definitely consider staying again, maybe with a group of friends next time!

This property is a gorgeous retreat with wooded property and an amazing waterfall! Well furnished and lots of open space for teens including a lower level with pool table and ping pong table. Recommend for any group with teens!

One of Best VRBOs ever stayed in!

A group of us 10 friends from church wanted to spend a few days skiing at Cooper Mountain in Leadville, and this place could not have fit us any better. We all had a blast playing ping pong, using the hot tub with the stunning views, playing games, making meals in the beautiful kitchen, enjoying comfortable beds and driving 15 mins to ski. We will for sure be back!

Waterfall was spectacular

Rarely do we find a home that we don’t want to leave to explore the area. Waterfall is so quiet and private that we were happy just chilling at home. Everything was spotless and first class. Now we can’t go back to Leadville unless we stay at waterfall!

This home is incredible. Close enough to Leadville and yet tucked away in the mountains. The home is cozy and clean with plenty of room for everyone. Our host was responsive to any question before or during our stay. We will be back. Thank you for a wonderful time and great memories.

Spacious and Nature focused

We group of friends and my husband and I stayed here for our annual 14er hiking trip. A prerequisite for us is having a hot tub post-hike. This location is wonderful for nature lovers. We had plenty of space to spread out and honestly could have had many more stay. I could see this being wonderful stay for those with older children as there are bunk rooms. The creek provides nice white noise for those that like having that for sleeping. The deck and hot tub were all we had hoped for.

Family Ski Trip 2024

This was the perfect house for our annual family ski trip! We ski at Cooper so the location was unbeatable, and the house itself was everything we could have asked for and more. We loved the solitude in the mountains, the views, the game room, the hot tub, and the fully stocked kitchen since we bring all of our own food rather than eating out. This was our 4th annual Leadville ski trip and we have stayed at a different place each year, but we fully intend to stay here again next year! Further, the management company had an awesome app that made everything a breeze, and our contact at the company was very quick to respond as well as accommodating.

Beautiful home surrounded by aspens!

Came up to Leadville for a family wedding. The house was very comfortable and sits in an absolutely breathtaking setting among the trees. Fall colors were starting to really come out and the views from the second floor family room are amazing. Huge windows and lots of natural light. While master shower upstairs didn’t have a lot of water pressure, you don’t really mind because you are showering with amazing private views. Lots of fun had in the lower level with ping pong and pool as well. The house has two bedrooms on the lower level, 2 on the 2nd/main area off the kitchen and a master on a third level. Very nice!
