Welcome to 'Splash', among the Top 15 new condominium resorts in all of Florida. Beautiful end unit located on the 19th floor, features 2 Master Suites with 2 full baths and a Bunk area. Spacious private 335 Sq. ft balcony is accessible from both masters and living room. The unit sleeps 8+. This condo's floor plan is 'Windsong' (1505 sq.ft) featuring 2 masters overlooking the sugar white sand beach and beautiful emerald green water of the gulf. This is the most sought after floor plan at splash!

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops with large breakfast bar and all modern appliances. The unit also features washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and microwave.

There are 3 TV's and 3 DVD players for everyone's enjoyment. Wifi is also provided in this unit.

Splash is Panama City Beach's only amusement water park and luxury condo/hotel all in one. Enjoy the many water areas:

Very enjoyable stay! Found the condo to be clean on arrival. Only one day that seemed to be longer elevator wait times- otherwise, no long wait on elevators or for luggage carts when needed. Comfortable beds, great pool selection for the kids, and chairs on beach were a nice bonus. We would totally stay again!

We loved our stay at 1907E! We have stayed at Splash many times. This is probably our favorite condo. It was beautiful, clean and well stocked. Our host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay there again!

Great room, especially if you have two couples!!

This room was perfect, especially if you have parents, or another couple going with you. Both bedrooms have king beds and both have master bathrooms. The owner of the property was always fast to respond with any questions or needs during our stay.

So much fun

We had so much fun here! The view and pools are amazing, the beach was incredible. Everything was clean and orderly and the rooms felt spacious.The host answered a question we had quickly, which was awesome.The kitchen was well equiped with things to cook, clean, and eat with. But, we were provided one trash bag, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one very thin paper towel roll, no kitchen towels, no beach towels, no salt or pepper. Just keep that in mind I guess, since these were all a bit difficult for a longer stay.

Nice Family Location

We have a 3 and 7 year old. The condo was perfect for our family! Plenty of room. We were able to have meals in the condo which was a nice change from eating out every meal. The balcony was roomy and the place we chose to eat all of our meals. The pools and beach are a mere elevator ride away. James was very responsive to my questions and needs. I would highly recommend it for families! We hope to be back!

The unit is very dated, towels have major stains, pot holders had crust all over them, the property is all under construction which was not told to us and the one bar didn't open the entire length of our stay so there was no food and beverage on property.

Overall was a great stay. Rated at 4 out of 5 stars only for the following reasons: a few minor things needed repair (trim falling off by dishwasher, the freezer was not working properly causing loss of ice and ice cream that we had purchased). Overall condo location was nice, the balcony was great. we loved the view - absolutely 5 stars! The patio was a nice size and held everyone comfortably. The beds were comfortable. There was only silverware for 6 or so, so if you have more than 6 eating you may need additional silverware. Condo was overall good! I gave 4 stars on listing accuracy because the listing said there is a beachfront arcade and a dive in theatre pool - both of which did not exist at the resort when we were there - according to the staff the arcade was gone a while back and changed into a bar/grill type room and the dive in theater pool is only seasonly on some Fridays and Saturdays. I did notify the host so that the listing could be updated, as those were both 2 things that helped us choose this condo over another…. The arcade mainly. The resort is great for children we didn’t have young children (our youngest was 14) and we still had a good time. the chair service on the beach was great. if in season definitely go down early to reserve so you get front row… the resort staff was great, no issues. it is a long walk to your car but the check in process was super easy and quick. Host was easy to work with, and overall a positive experience!

I have debated about whether or not to post, but VRBO has me locked out so I haven’t been able to contact the host directly. Idk if it’s a host or cleaner problem, but here’s my review: We booked for 8 people staying. We had 6 towels. There were no trial size anything left (dish soap, etc). There was only the roll of toilet paper that was half used on the rack. There were no dish towels in the kitchen. There was no salt/pepper nor scissors (just things normally provided), and the living room furniture looked like it should have been on the side of the road for pickup. The locks on the bathroom doors were not working (which concerned our teenage daughters because they are at that stage in life). The resort itself was nice. Great location. Great pools. Great access to the beach.

Great Location & Family Friend… But

The double master bedroom was wonderful along with the multitude of pools that any age child could have fun on. However, the cleanliness of the condo was awful. There was a brown handprint beside the toilet (we can only assume from what). Sand on the floors from prior persons stay. The chairs outside are very rusty to the point that if you drag them, it looks like a pile of dirt came off of them. There are sticky stains on the patio. The furniture is heavily used to the point of mostly broken. You’re also charged a cleaning fee but expected clean a good bit before you leave. Then what’s provided is laughable. They give you the bare minimum of toilet paper, a trash bag, etc. We got a new roll of toilet paper and then less than half a roll as a back up. It’s stated that you are expected to bring or buy but I was really surprised even though I did pack accordingly. Outside of those glaring points, the location is great and quiet.

Condo on 19th. floor at Splash

I would ultimately say that yes, I would stay here again. There was a problem with our parking passes but it was resolved the night we arrived. The place was basically pretty clean. Wet sheets were in the washer when we arrived that we had to rewash. The bedrooms were comfortable. There was no large pool for the adults like we're use to like at Edgewater Resort or Shores of Panama Resort but it would be good for the kids with the Splash Pad. The unit was decorated nicely and the 2 king master suites facing the ocean are very nice. It's higher up than I prefer but not too bad. TV's are the old kind. Not flat screens but they worked fine. The interenet offered goes in and out...more out than in. I believe because of the concrete walls. There is no telephone service so you better have your cell for phone calls. There was no shelves in my shower to put shampoo, conditioner and such and I had just had back surgery. That wasn't too fun. The other master bath had a soaker tub and shower and both bathrooms had granite countertops. I know I have expressed some bad things about this unit just to clearly inform everyone but this really is overall a nice unit. I would use them again if I visit. James was easy to contact to fix our problems.

Nice family trip

This condo was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of room and nice size balcony. Only regret is that they don’t have the arcade room anymore but with so much to do, it wasn’t really missed.
