This place was wonderful, we didn’t want to leave! The gardens were beautiful and the backyard was lovely for kids to explore.Walking distance to the chocolate cafe was a real treat! We can’t wait to come back and visit this place
We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage children) and we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay in this beautiful cottage. The property was clean, comfortable and had the added bonus of allowing us to bring our little dog. The bathroom was newly renovated and the kitchen was functional and well stocked, allowing us to cook a couple of meals in house. The house was full of old charm character but also extremely comfortable with lovely couches and great beds. Our favourite thing though was the close proximity to the great local walks including the three sisters. Thank you for allowing us to stay and this will definitely be our preference for our next visit in Katoomba.
Charming cottage tastefully decorated in a lovely quiet location very close to walks and 3 sisters.Very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen.Great size tv and super comfy bed. We really loved our stay and will definitely come again. The host was very good at communicating.
The place was excellent!
The internal heating made it so cosy in so the rooms, plus the working fireplace was an excellent addition. Plenty of puzzles and games as well.
Kitchen was very practical to cook in, lots of options for pots/pans and all the tools required for a basic meal.
Walking distance from many lookouts and trails, great if you're a fan of hiking.
Pet friendly was nice, our small dog loved being able to get cuddles on the lounge. The back area isn't fenced, so probably best to keep them on a leash.
Be careful of the hot water, it's maybe dialled a little too high, could be a problem for people with young ones.

We had a fantastic stay with our 3 children and 2 dogs. Thank you!
Great property, had everything we needed and great location, tucked away in a quiet street but only a short drive to the 3 sisters and town. Our 4 kids from 18 down to 10 years old loved it!

Not only was this cottage super cozy and warm, not to mention exceedingly clean... this has to be the very best equipped short term rental I've ever stayed in! It had amazing quality fixtures and fittings, pots and pans, even the knives were Japanese and sharp. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
Cute cottage within a very close proximity to echo point and access to many walks . House was very accommodating with cosy bedding , very warm heating and a fully stocked kitchen .
We had a lovely stay, the property is near to all the attractions. We found plenty to do with our puppies. Communication was great, the house was very clean and warm ( in below freezing conditions). A really nice hot shower was great after lots of walking. A week just flew by, we need to come back!
Everything about our stay was excellent. The house is really, really lovely and generously appointed. We had more than enough cookware and cutlery and thoroughly enjoyed both hot and cold central heating in the week we stayed! Our little cavoodle had a ball too. Hoping to be back soon!
We loved our stay here and can't wait to return. The area is a short walk to the 3 sisters, but very quiet, even on weekends. The house is very spacious and comfortable. The beds are really comfortable! We loved the open fire. We didn't use the heating, so I can not comment on that. We closed the curtains in the afternoon and found the house stayed warm overnight in April. Joss was very responsive to any questions we had. Such a perfect home with perfect hosts. Thank you!
The property is pretty, clean and in a very accessible spot for the blue mountains hiking trails which was the reason for our visit.Down side - I booked this place specifically as a hot tub was listed as an amenity for the property on the website. As we would be spending long hours walking we were looking forward to the relaxation after a long day. Unfortunately there was no hot tub. Property manager Joss stated that it was not listed on the website and when I sent a screen shot of the listing with hot tub, there were crickets in response .We enjoyed the stay regardless but will have to drill deeper in future to ensure advertised amenities are actually available

Hi Alix , I’m so sorry, we made an honest mistake somewhere in the listing which has been fixed. We certainly don’t have a hot tub in the description or photos. Glad you could enjoy the wonderful mountains and a few fires anyway and we hope you find a hot tub for your next stay. Kind regards Julie, property owner
We had a great stay. Such a cosy house with very effective ducted heating. We particularly enjoyed the open fire each night. Great communication from the host.
