The hot water system has a panel controller, and simply switching it back on should restore the hot water supply. We’re sorry for the inconvenience caused. If you had contacted us at the time, we would have been more than happy to assist you straight away.

The safety of our guests, including their pets, is extremely important to us, and I regret that this experience did not meet that expectation. We take your feedback very seriously. Following your comments, I will remind my cleaners of a thorough inspection and clean-up of the outdoor areas to ensure no hazardous items remain. Once again, I am very sorry for what happened and hope that your dog has recovered well.
