Located only a four hundred mtr walk to the heart of town where you will find an array of cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping, Woolworths supermarket and D'Albora Marina. A picturesque easy 600 m walk to Dutchies Beach which is perfect for children as the waters are calm, this beach also supplies council BBQs and picnic tables, a great spot to watch the sunset.
Unit 7 is located on the ground floor with private entry, it has luxury splashed all throughout as soon as you walk through the front door you will be shocked at the level of attention and comfort this unit offers. The open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area has a split system air-conditioner, 55 inch TCL 4K Quhd Google TV, unlimited 5G Telstra Home Wi-Fi and an amazingly comfortable, stylish lounge and furnishings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with complete cooking facilities, microwave, dishwasher, electric cooktop, family size fridge/ freezer and a top of the line Breville Creatista Pro Nespresso coffee machine to easily create personalised café-style coffees.
There are two bedrooms both with ceiling fans and Sealy Posturepedic commercial mattresses , the bathroom has a huge 250 litre hot water system to cater for the shower, bath, vanity . There is a separate toilet and and an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine and heat pump dryer.
The unit provides one undercover single car space with the entrance height restriction 1.95 metres x 3.25 metres wide × 5.50 metres deep, the parking also comes with remote access which is very convenient plus the bonus of plenty of street parking available.
The location of Thurlow Lodge is perfect, park the car and walking to all tourist destinations, amenities, shops, cafes, restaurants, and clubs.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere at the property including common areas, inside the individual lots or on balconies.
