The villa features a king bedroom with an optional wooden divider for added privacy, a full bathroom, and a flat-screen TV. The spacious living area includes a sleeper sofa, comfortable seating, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. A fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining area for four make it easy to enjoy meals in the comfort of your villa.

A20 is conveniently located just steps from parking, the resort lobby, the activities center, one of the resort’s three pools, and guest laundry.

Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. The resort is also close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Please note that Point Pleasant Resort is a hillside property, and access to most units requires stairs.

While island-wide power interruptions may occasionally occur, the resort is protected by a full-property backup generator system designed to keep guest units and essential resort services operating smoothly, including water, internet/Wi-Fi, restaurants, laundry facilities, and resort operations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.
