We really enjoyed our weekend away here. We played lots of games, made yummy meals and went to Nebraska City to the AppleJack festival. The jacuzzi was nice and warm and very clean! The beds and furniture were extremely comfortable! Just driving 45 minutes out of Omaha to here- made us feel unplugged and relaxed! And it used to be a winery!!! How cute is that! Loved it!

Everything was wonderful. Great place for a girl's weekend getaway. Had alot of laughs with ping pong, bags, ring on the string and the hot tub was awesome. Owners are right next door but never saw them. Seemed liked we were in our own little world.

Nicely located with views from Loess Hills bluffs, but not far off a good road. Small but well equipped kitchen, lots of seating, quiet bedrooms. My dog loved the terraced meadows where he could run off-leash.

What a great place to stay! So peaceful and quiet. The kids enjoyed exploring outside, playing on the decks and looking for the kitties. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. A little slice of heaven! We loved our stay! Everything was exactly as described. Our favorite part was how quiet it was. Perfect getaway for peace & quiet. We came on the hottest weekend of the summer but the shade of the trees actually made it bearable to sit outside. We enjoyed the board games, hot tub & cooking in the kitchen. They really did a wonderful job making sure you have everything you need to feel right at home! We will definitely be back again. Thanks again Amy!

Peaceful quiet clean stay

Property was exactly as listed. Beds were comfortable, we slept 6 in this house comfortably. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the large deck and overlook in the woods. The cell service wasn't good, wifi was ok.

Loved our stay in this lovely home! Well stocked kitchen, lots of outdoors areas to enjoy and solitude. Limited cell service so prepare ahead of time. But WiFi is available and there’s plenty to do - games, puzzles, books, hot tub, etc. We will be back!

Great stay in rural area

We had a great time and the kids enjoyed all the games available and the ping pong table. It was a little weird being directly next to the neighbors/property owners who were mowing and doing their lawn care. Slightly awkward to look out the window and see them in their house. I did know that going in though. Other than that we were about 30ish minutes from Omaha and activities we were interested in. The house was very clean and well kept, had everything you could want in a rental. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor area was great! We even had a kitty come and visit. I would stay again if in the area! This was our halfway point from Kentucky to Wyoming.

Beautiful property

We stayed in this property when we were in the area for a funeral. The location was beautiful and had plenty of space to gather with family. Property owners live on site, but they were very respectful and kept to themselves. The home was beautifully decorated and beds were very comfortable. The home was clean, except for a used washcloth that was left in the bathroom from a previous guest. The washing machine also still had bedding in it, so I had to complete the laundry in order to use the machine.

Country Living

Enjoyed the property and the surrounding area. During the day went bird watching at Loess Bluffs National Wildlife Refuge. Hiked in Blackburn State Park and followed the Loess Bluff Scenic Byway. And at night grilled out on the deck and relaxed in the hot tub. Even though it was quite cool the tub was a perfect 103. Played every game we could find even ping pong and corn hole. Watched movies, read books and took naps. If this is what you’re looking for then this is the place.

We were invited to a 30th birthday party this last weekend. The atmosphere at night is magical. The lights on the walkway. The cute set up in the trees feels like we are in an exotic travel destination. There is a hot tub too. The cutest set up. Very trendy. Extremely clean. Anyone wanting to escape the hustle of the city HAS to check this out. It’s BEAUTIFUL. I give this location a 10/10.
