lovely!
Lovely home and beautiful yard. Quiet neighborhood and still very short drive to downtown/hiking.
As the first guests to experience the newly rennovated bathroom I can say it is lovely, no hiccups whatsoever. check in and communication were a breeze, great location for getting around town, and loved that there were coffee filters/french press and small things like that available. And the christmas tree was a lovely touch for the holidays!
Clean, well-stocked mid-century style home in a very quiet neighborhood. Nicely organized Ikea-style kitchen has a wonderful supply of pots, pans, and utensils, as well as spices. Great central location to many desired spots. Would stay again.
Amazing home. Perfect location. Clean, updated and great communication with the host. I hate to rave too much, as it will book up faster. Stayed here twice and looking forward to more trips in the future!!

Beautiful house in Boulder
We had a wonderful time at this lovely house in Boulder. The mid-century modern design is so cool. It has a really nice back patio and yard. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a nice washer and dryer. The location is very close to the UC campus and lots of places to shop/eat. Highly recommend!
The house was perfect! The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed plus plenty of room for us to spread out. Someone even shoveled our walkway each day during a crazy snow storm! The location is great too, especially if you have a student living in Williams Village. We will definitely be back!

Nice place, comfortable. Convenient to CU boulder campus and Pearl Street. The listing said there was AC and there was not which was disappointing. Other than that everything was great.
This was the perfect place for my mom, my son, and I to stay while we were in Boulder checking out CU! We had plenty of space and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed - including a French coffee press for a delicious start to each day. The property manager was very responsive, helpful, and pleasant to talk to. We’ll definitely be back!
