Close all windows and lock all doors when leaving. Close immediately if it rains or snows. In winter, do not leave windows open.
Checkout is at 11:00 AM. Late checkout without prior confirmation will be charged as a full extra day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking indoors at any time (outdoors only). No pets - strict allergy concern, no exceptions. Remove shoes at entry. No food/drinks in the bedroom.
No parties or events: immediate termination of your reservation, no refund. Quiet hours 10 PM-8 AM. All visitors must be declared or extra fees apply.
