Beach Access!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house, the cleaning crew did a stellar job, spotless! Great deck with ocean view and access to the beach is directly across from our drive. Walks on the beach with our dogs were just what we wanted, quiet and so much space for them to let loose. We appreciated the dog wash area in the garage, it worked out great. The kitchen was very well stocked too! I would 100% stay here again and recommend this to others as well.

Stayed with friends for 3 days in December and the weather was amazing! Clear blue skies each day. The views of the ocean from the home are amazing. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Great Experience

The house is clean and the location is awesome. We have spent a lot of time on the Oregon coast but the beach at this area was unique and really cool. It has a unique rock shelf that was great to walk around and explore. Lots of fun things for the kids to do. Hot tub was a family favorite.

Great small family spot

Lovely home our family enjoyed, especially the game room and stretch of beach with rocks for kids to climb on. Of note - the house is across an empty lot from the ocean and has a busy street behind it. Road noise disturbed half our guests at night but this road is a factor for most of the houses on this stretch of coast. One star down as the large exterior propane tank that runs the kitchen stove and fireplace ran out while we were cooking dinner - this is an easy maintenance task that was neglected. Management was responsive and the stove was working within a day (fireplace never came back on) but said in each of our our three conversations they had to check with “the team” to see if compensation for the unexpected dinner out was possible so we gave up and got microwavable meals until it could be fixed. Besides the stove inconvenience the property was well maintained and very clean on arrival.

Great new years with a few issues...

Great house and had everything we needed. Our crew LOVED the pool table and ping pong. The hot tub was clean and hot. It was easy to have dogs join us with the outside covered area and the dog bath in the garage. Some updates needed on the description; as it is not ocean front. There is a house being built in front of this house so now the view is of a large dirt pit and pipes and then the ocean. Due to the new house drainage the path to the beach is VERY washed out and quite treacherous. If there were small children or grandparents it would be ill advised.

I am honest on all of my reviews and some people don’t like it but here it is .. It’s a beautiful place and location. We loved the place but I do have to say it had not been cleaned all the way. Some of the comforters stunk were dirty with pet hair all over them and stains. The tv in the bedroom kept not wanting to work, there were used water bottles from the renters before us under the beds, it says to not use the hot tub after 9 pm on an old set of rules by the hot tub and I asked if that was the real rules because after a day out with 4 kids all day the adults wanted to be able to sit in it at like 10 pm so I sent a message asking if we could but they never got back to me before or after we left. There was a stench downstairs in the game room which was why I rented the place for the kids and I got ahold of them about that they came right out for that but never removed the smell so we didn’t even use that it was too smelly down there. But overall the place is nice if they would pay attention to detail while cleaning it. We lived the location though and again beautiful ..

Great house!

This is an amazing house. It’s closer to the ocean than the pictures look, but the path is steep and maybe problematic if you have any physical limitations. The house actually has four bedrooms. It was in a private little cul-de-sac where there’s only two other homes. We went on April 20 Which was perfect, because there were no people. It was after spring break and before the summer rush. The house is close to a road and you could hear some road noise, but it wasn’t really bothersome. The hot tub was very clean and stayed hot which was one of the reasons I chose this home. The management company was awesome to work with and communicated quickly. The main floor is up about 20 steps. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun. The home was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. We had a great view of the ocean from the deck and you could hear it perfectly! It was an easy drive to get to all of the scenic places and did I mention that the house was very quiet and private? Lol We all loved it and would definitely stay at this house and use this company again.
