Great property!

We enjoyed our stay! The property is very spacious and everything was sent to us prior to check in…EASY, EASY! Make sure you understand the property is the 2nd floor only…and you will need to be able to navigate stairs. Beds were comfy! Price was very reasonable!

Property was exactly as described. The home had all modern appliances. It was clean and well kept. I sent a message to the owner prior to checking in and received a prompt response. If I’m in the area again I will definitely check on the availability of this property.

This was like this and called a grab bar

Spacious. Just what we needed

Lots of space in this 3 bedroom listing. Lots of parking room as well. Communication with property manager was always prompt. Had no issues during our few day stay. A few minutes from downtown. Would stay here again!

We will stay here again! Great location, perfect size for a family of 5 and clean and responsive owner. Could use a cookie sheet and KIDS kichen ware like bowls, spoons and plates. Other than that very nice Thank you!

Great place to stay!

This was a great property. The house was well lit for our arrival and very convenient to get in. The was off street parking around back of the house that was very convenient. The house was really clean and the beds were so comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental. When I got locked out, the landlord responded immediately.

Very nice apartment

When we first pulled up to the house we looked at each other and said "Oh no what did we do?". We parked and went inside and were presently surprised. The apartment was beautiful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was more than sufficient. Very nice apartment. As an added bonus a family of birds made a nest up in the corner of the front porch roof rafters. Very cool to watch while sitting outside.

Very comfortable

We came in for the Ironman event and The property was less than 10 min to downtown Springfield, which was ideal. Upon pulling up, wasn’t sure what to make of the neighborhood…a few cars with loud music were blasting. But as soon as we entered the apartment, it was perfect. It was clean, and very comfortable. The neighborhood ended up being quiet.

Amazing stay!

The host was so amazingly responsive and the space was perfect. The beds were comfy; the living room and dinning room had such amazing space for visiting. Everything was super clean. Appreciated that there were window air conditioning units in each room, and another in the living room. (We visited in peak summer and it was quite warm when we entered the place, but it quickly cooled down.) The host was so gracious and answered all inquiries super quickly. My only complaint was that the stairs and doors to the upstairs unit were a little confusing to navigate. (Accidentally went up an extra flight to an upstairs storage area.)

Family visit

The apartment was very nice and roomy. Perfect size for our needs. Although the listing did show/state stair access required, I thought it was a two story with bedrooms upstairs. My elderly father whom we came out to visit had a very difficult time climbing stairs. Had some trouble with the code upon arrival but contacted host and she responded immediately and solved the issue. Overall house was clean with minimum issues. I would recommend this house to friends and family and would rent again. Only suggestion besides staying 2nd floor apartment in listing would be to have a broom or vacuum and some cleaning supplies available. Also needed an additional AC unit in living room.
