Great for families

We were really happy with this place. There were 7 of us and there was plenty of room for everyone. Loved the location. Easy to walk to stores and restaurants. Easy access to the beach and pool. Loved spending my nights sitting on the balcony listening to the waves!!

The bedrooms and bathrooms were more dated than expected from the pictures. The kitchen and living room were nice. We had to call management about the sliding door in the bathroom coming off the hinges, but they never came to fix it during our stay. We also pre-ordered the linen package, and didn't realize until it was time to go to bed the first night they didn't deliver the towels or bed linens.

Overall, the stay was good and enjoyable. We were able to overlook some of the odd decor (spring plastic floral arrangements), as well as the stains on the bathroom mats, dust and dirt under the beds and the patio carpet did not appear to be swept. Also, it was noted to leave fan on in bathroom (which we always did) when the dryer was on (we also did when dryer was off) , due to the moisture that forms on the ceiling, which was excessive. This was quite inconvenient. The check in process was quite easy at the Pyramid, although I misread the instructions to pick up the keys from Coastal Rentals, which caused a delay to check in. This however was my fault. Check out was also easy. One additional thing I would like to add is, I would not recommend this resort if you have kids or want to enjoy the pool area in any way, the “guard” there allows for zero fun.
