Location to the beach was great and communication with the owners was fantastic, very responsive. We really enjoyed the property with our entire extended family with us, enough space for everyone. The pool was small, soaker pool which was good to let the kids swim around. Checking and checking out process was so easy. One suggestion would be to have a welcome book with all the details for renters including pedestrian gate fobs, how to get to the beach, community pool, etc. overall we had a great stay and would go back again.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is nice and allows the whole family space to stay together. The closest beach access was closed due to construction, but there are other entrances as well.

Very nice property

Good size property and great number of beds and bathrooms. A little worn from renting and the washer and dryer are tiny for a place that sleeps 12, can only fit 3 or 4 beach towels, takes forever to dry.

Cozy and comfortable

We had never stayed in Water Sound before this stay. We love The community/neighborhood so much my wife said she found her retirement community. This house was amazing and if the owners ever want to sale give us a call.

30A great house

Loved the rooms and plenty of dishes, sand equipment, bikes. The pool we heated was comfortable. The room above the garage was an added bonus. Only negative was the frying pans which everything stuck to. Bring your own if they don’t upgrade them! The gated community is fantastic with large pool, clubhouse, snack shop and beach access.

Wonderful Week in Watersound

Our favorite 30A community and 31 Keel Court did not disappoint! A quick walk to The Hub and Bruno's Pizza for easy carryout. The heated pool was a hit with the kids and also the parents while the kids were down for naps! The carriage house above the garage that's accessed by a separate stairway is perfect for relatives/friends that want additional space/privacy. The property was clean and well decorated. More than enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Look forward to returning again soon.
