The Space:
This beachfront modern home features a sizable master bedroom overlooking a private outdoor deck and garden. There is a bathroom also on the ground floor level. Upstairs offers two more bedrooms and another bathroom.

The large open plan living features a modern sleek kitchen with centre island, dining area and comfortable coastal décor lounge. The perfect space to relax in the summer and winter months as there is also a gas fireplace. The large stacker doors flow out onto the large deck, outdoor entertaining area and lawn overlooking the beautiful beach.

A private sheltered deck at the back of the property offers another entertaining area overlooking the large green lawn where you can enjoy a kick around and plenty of carparking.
