Will built and well furnished house on a very private lot. Clean, plenty of dishes and beds, good quality furniture. The only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the patio furniture.

Secluded get away

Very nice home. Very well stocked. Enjoyed the seclusion and picturesque setting of home. Couple of surrounding houses close to the home looked run down with trash and building debris. In hotter summer months, upstairs was pretty warm. No air conditioner. Main issue we had with the house was the sulfur odor that was unpleasant. The water (hot water tank ?) probably had sulfur bacteria that ate the sulfur and created hydrogen sulfide. It was quite noticeable in the upstairs bath and bedroom.

The house has no air conditioning. Even with the windows open it gets over 80 in the house between noon and about 4pm. The water has a strong sulphur smell. The faucet in the master bathroom does not work properly. The deck railing on the back porch is dangerously loose. The patio furniture is old and uncomfortable. The pots and pans have deep scratches in the teflon and need to be replaced. There are no grill tools for the bbq grill. The door to the master bedroom has windows and there is no privacy from people watching the upstairs tv. The interior of the house was nice and clean but the exterior was covered in spider webs. Overall, I enjoyed staying there but lots of things need to be fixed and improved to justify over 500 a night.
