Must be at least 25 years old to book We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. We only stayed one night, but would return to stay at this property for a longer stay. Loved the little details, books, record player, jacuzzi. Clean and well kept. Easy walking distance to shops and waterway.

My family and I stayed one night in this fabulous house. It was absolutely perfect. It was walking distance to the downtown, which was exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I enjoyed coffee together in the morning while listening to the record played and reading those adorable husband & wife “little books”. What a perfect addition. We will definitely be back!

This house was just perfect. It was well appointed, thoughtfullyy designed, historical, close to town and close to the water walkway and just overall really comfortable. The bedding felt luxurious and the linens were generous. If you’re not an early to rise kind of person, you might want to bring an mask for your eyes, because the skylights will get you up early.
