Property Features: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub and walk-in tiled shower located on the second level, central forced-air heat/AC controlled by smart Nest thermostat, high-speed internet, 3 smart Roku TVs located in the living room and both bedrooms (ability to log into your streaming services), fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances, work-from-home desk located in master bedroom, washer and dryer located in the basement, coffee & tea station, clean linens and bath towels provided for all guests, dedicated dining area off the kitchen. Please note: the wood stove is inoperable and not to be used.

Sleeping Situation: The property sleeps up to 6 people:
(1) Bedroom #1: king bed bed, located on 2nd floor of main house
(2) Bedroom #2: Queen bed, located on 2nd floor of main house
(3) Sleeper sofa: Located in the ground-level living room

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

Important: No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected.
