Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations. The property is professionally cleaned and all linen is externally professionally washed and replaced prior to each guest’s arrival. As a beachfront home, the coastal environment and humidity can occasionally affect how freshly laundered linen feels, despite it being clean and unused. Similarly, being located directly on the beach means insects can be more prevalent at times, particularly during warmer and more humid conditions. The property is regularly treated by licensed pest control, however this is an environmental factor common to coastal locations and unfortunately cannot be completely eliminated. We take cleanliness and guest comfort very seriously and will continue to work with our cleaning and pest control providers to maintain high standards. We appreciate the feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.
