The Barn house is a purpose built Short term Rental, situated just outside of the hustle and bustle of town, positioned on an acre block neighbouring stunning farm land.

This is one of the most stunning homes ever built in Berry and available now to experience with loved ones, friends and family with 5 Bathrooms.

WATER SLIDE - This will certainly get the kids excited, with this amazing 3.8 meter long 360 degree slide.

HEATED POOL - Our salt water pool is perfectly heated all year round so the kids and stay and play in the pool longer all year round. When you get out you can use our outdoor hold/cold shower or relaxing around the pool

SAUNA - Located inside

BBQ & DINING - Located in between the house and pool area with access from the kitchen. This fantastic space allows the adults to eat/drink and relax while the kids enjoy the pool. The seating area accommodates 20 guests.

OUTDOOR FIRE - Located in the outside dining area with firewood supplied.

KIDS PLAYGROUND - Keep the kids entertained

DUCTED AIR CONDITIONING - It would not be a luxury stay without a full ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system to ensure that you stay in comfortable all year.

COFFEE - Wake up every morning to the smell and taste of an amazing coffee from our Jura S8 coffee machine and supplied coffee beans.

MUSIC - Enjoy a state of art SONOS sound system graciously installed throughout the house indoor and outdoor areas.

VIEWING PLEASURE - All Bedrooms with King Beds have a 4K Smart-TV installed along with the Kids Rumpus.

KITCHEN - Two Miele refrigerators and one freezer, twin dishwashers and wide 900mm oven

Its great to stay in a home where the hosts have thought of everything. Brand new kitchenware, plenty of plates, glasses, towels, wood for the fire, pool noodles and other games for the kids.

Exceptional house with all the luxuries you could want. Great outdoor pool with slide and spa. Perfectly suited our family of three generations including eight grandchildren. Kitchen and laundry were fabulous. Kids loved the generous bunk room and sporting activities. Location is ideal for the beach or Berry village and especially Jamberoo.

Perfect family getaway

Can’t be beat!

I have booked and stayed at many beautiful houses and hotels, so can say without a doubt that the calibre of this house cannot be beat. There was something for all ages, with no details missed. All the guest raved about how comfortable the beds were & how amazing it was that there were 20 of us there and yet we weren’t all on top of each other (there is just so much space). Luxury is an understatement

Mark and Kylie was absolutely amazing, they were so responsive and helpful in our requests. My friends and I, came to celebrate a huge mile stone in our lives and could not wish for a better place. The house was huge and accommodated everyone comfortably. It had everything we needed for a weekend and more! All the snacks on arrive was touching and knew we was in for 5 star treatment. Definitely made amazing memories and would revisit in the near future.

Exceptional Berry Getaway

My friends and I were looking for a place not too far out of Sydney to celebrate my birthday where we could just take a breather, relax and enjoy ourselves with good company. We were immediately impressed when we arrived at the property, the amenities were fantastic and we were all impressed with the pool, spa and sauna! The photos don't do enough justice. The property is also only a five minute drive from Berry town. Thanks again to Kylie and Mark for their exceptional service and exceeding beyond our expectations. I would recommend this stay to anyone whether it be with a getaway with family or a place to have fun with friends. Luca.
