The Location is the greatest feature. Lots to walk to. Ballard area is great. The projector system is pretty impressive. The VRBO platform exaggerates a bit on the size of this place. I stayed with my two sons (ages 7 and 14) and we enjoy lots of walks etc. For families with younger kids or more than two just know its two sets of stairs and each floor is pretty tight.
