This was a wonderful home for our family gathering. Many spaces for all to spread out and enjoy, including TV’s in most of those areas as well. Very well stocked kitchen and wet bar area. Good size bedrooms and very comfortable accommodations all around. Outside pickleball court and area were great for us, with plenty of seating and shade areas by the court. Grandkids loved exploring all the various rooms and areas both inside and outside the house. Host was also quick with responses and helped promptly with a couple minor issues. All in all would highly recommend!

Couldn’t recommend this place any more! It has everything one could need to have a wonderful stay, the beds were comfy, any kitchen appliance you can think of, easy access to the beach, would love to stay again anytime I am in the area

Great house in a quiet neighborhood! The house had everything we needed for our family wedding launchpad. The amenities are perfect for entertaining during the down time and the property is conveniently located to the Raleigh area.

Excellent stay in a beautiful home!

My family and I had the best weeklong stay here while we were waiting to close on our new home in Wake Forest. The home is very spacious and everyone was happy to have their own rooms and space. There are plenty of spots to relax both indoors and out. Located on a very private lot with too many amenities to list. Thank you for opening up your lovely home!

Amazing Stay! 100% Recommend

The house is beautiful, the area is quiet and safe with easy access to shopping areas for groceries. Plenty of extra linens and pillows for the two pull out sofas. Our group loved the hot tub, pool table, movie room, and tennis court. So much space! The owner was quick to reply and generously extended our check out time. If you’re considering stay here, book it now!!

We found the magic secret room!

We had stayed here before in June and loved it, especially all of the outdoor spaces. This time, we were delighted to find and extra attic room that was adorable and helped us spread out a bit. Super cool. It must not have been ready when we came before. Ha.

The space is clearly allocated and designed around entertainment rather than overnight accommodations. The layout is inefficient for bedroom use. There are only four bedrooms, three small bathrooms, and one half bath. None of the bathrooms exceed what you would expect for a standard guest bedroom, and only two are en suite.The master bedroom and bath are closed off and not included in the rental. If the master suite were included, the pricing would be more in line with the overall property. As it stands, the house is configured almost entirely for entertaining.The advertised sleeping capacity is unclear and appears overstated unless it relies on pull-out couches or temporary sleeping arrangements. In contrast, the entertainment features are extensive: there are six televisions, at least six separate entertainment areas, and ample open space. You could host a very large gathering—easily dozens of people—without anyone feeling crowded.However, for overnight stays, guests are essentially confined to guest bedrooms within a 6,000-square-foot home. Despite the presence of a master suite, it is unavailable, clearly being used by the owner or manager. The result is a property that functions exceptionally well as an entertainment venue, but less so as a comfortable overnight rental relative to its size and cost.

That said, we’re sorry to hear certain aspects of the setup didn’t meet your expectations.- The listing includes access to multiple bedrooms, including the lower-level queen suite with a private bathroom and the upper-level king bedroom. These may have been missed during your stay, but are fully part of the rental and clearly represented in the listing photos and description.- The owner's suite is intentionally excluded from guest access and is transparently noted in the listing prior to booking.- The property was thoughtfully designed with families and group gatherings in mind. The sleeping arrangements and layout, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available, are accurately represented so guests can make an informed decision based on their travel needs.We always want our guests to feel confident in what they’ve booked, and we appreciate you highlighting your experience—it helps us continue to improve clarity and deliver great stays.
