This property is a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor living and is set behind a secured gate which offers privacy and security. From the moment you enter the home you will be blown away by the quality and style of this home.
The open plan kitchen and dining area has glass sliding doors to take advantage of the indoor and outdoor aspect. The kitchen has a 5 burner gas cooktop, oven plus a combination microwave oven, double door fridge/freezer with ice and water, Nespresso coffee machine, full size dishwasher & built in bar with fridge. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need for your stay including basics such as oil, salt, pepper, sugar, glad wrap, foil, etc...
There is a great sized living space with couch, wall mounted TV, split system heater & air conditioner and gas fireplace. There are 4 bedrooms in total consisting of 1 x king, 2 x queen & 2 x bunk beds, all have ceiling fans and wardrobes. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom plus there is a central bathroom with shower & bath. At the rear of the property there is a second living area with a built in bar & optional bar fridge, wall mounted TV with Xbox, split system heater & air conditioner, separate powder room and direct access to the rear yard with outdoor shower & play equipment. The front of the property is perfect for entertaining with wood heater, BBQ & outdoor furniture plus there is ducted heating throughout.
The garage is set up as a games room which comes with a billiard table & table tennis combo and a corner couch. There are 4 adult bikes, boogie boards and a surf board available for guest use.
The property is set up with Wi-Fi and Foxtel, all TV's are 75 inch and are wall mounted. The laundry has a washing machine & dryer and there is a clothes line outside and a dryer rack available as well.
It really is the perfect space to allow for separate spaces for all of the guests to relax and enjoy plus it has just been fully renovated so it presents as a brand new property.
You will have full access to the entire property except for a cupboard which is locked away for the cleaners supplies and one of the robes in the master bedroom.
Although we won't be available in person we are available to assist at anytime throughout your stay via the booking platform.
Take a break and get some sun in Ocean Grove, a popular surf town surrounded by renowned wineries, pristine beaches and golf courses. Hit the ocean waves, build a sandcastle with the kids, or use the town as a base to explore the countless natural and contemporary attractions across the region.
Explore the unbroken stretch of sand that reaches out to the mouth of the Barwon River. Wander along the beautiful, wide surf beach or sign up for surfing and bodyboarding lessons. For a slow, relaxing afternoon, take a stroll in the flourishing nature reserve or pick up local art pieces and gourmet produce in the vibrant shopping district.
Refuel after a big day out on the water with a bite at one of the town's popular eateries, burger joints or cafes. Head to nearby Oakdene Vineyard restaurant for some of the best cuisine on the peninsula and try out Mr Grubb, the onsite café with a family vibe. There are so many wineries on the Bellarine Taste Trail and don't miss out on The Whiskery for a truly unique experience, I suggest the gin tasting paddle as a must to try.
Looking for somewhere to keep the kids entertained? Head to nearby Wallington and spend the day on Adventure Park's rides and waterslides or play a round of adventure golf or simply visit the many parks or playgrounds around the area.
This property is located a short distance of approximately 2kms to shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and the beach.
There is parking available on the property behind the locked gates and also plenty of free parking on the street.
The area is easy to navigate by car or foot and there is so much to see and do.
This property has been meticulously renovated and styled by the owners. They welcome you into this gorgeous space but we ask that you respect the property and look after it as if it was your own.
A remote control is provided to operate the front gate, if you damage or lose this remote a $200 fee will be charged for replacement of the item.
Please note: This property has a strict no party policy. We will also only accept guests over 25 years of age and with positive reviews by previous hosts. We may ask you for further identification or information prior to accepting your booking request.
As an extra security measure for the property we do require the below information to be sent through prior to finalising your booking:
- The reason for your visit
- The names and ages of all of the guests
- The photo ID of the main booking holder
The reason we ask for the above information is unfortunately due to some recent poor experiences with guests, please note if this information is not provided we will be unable to proceed with your booking and the access will not be granted on the day of check in.
We do not accept 'schoolies' groups at this property and the minimum age for check in is 25 years.
This property has a very strict no party policy and we require guests to be respectful and mindful of the neighbours.
There is no smoking allowed in the house, if you do smoke you will be charged an extra $500 towards cleaning.
