Perfect place to stay while visiting my daughter at Marist University! The property was super clean, updated and communication with the host was excellent. We had a little trouble with the unlocking the door and the hosts answered our call immediately (at midnight) and we were able to get in with no problem. Would definitely recommend!

We were very happy with our stay. From the moment we walked and it smelled good and we saw how clean and accurate the listing was we were very happy. We were here for Marist Family Weekend and it was a short 20 min drive to campus. Perfect for our needs. Thank you to our hosts. Great communication and flexibility.

The perfect location for a New Paltz getaway, this adorable, nicely decorated, one-bedroom apartment is in the lower level of a home at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Considering it is just minutes from the center of New Paltz including the Rail Trail and dozens of unique places to eat and shop, this apartment is remarkably quiet. The bedroom has a memory foam mattress, and the living space has a comfy couch with TV and streaming. Great hosts!

Lovely New Paltz apartment

Beautiful clean apartment with comfortable furniture, parking, and easy access. Kitchen was well equiped. Use of the yard was a plus as well. Great location.

This might be a little petty and this is why i drop it from 5 star to a 4 because there was not a wine opener. I bought one amd ledt one there just in case someone needs a eine opener. Other than that the place is amazing area was very nice. Will come and visit again.
