Lovely Thanksgiving!

The property was wonderful and we enjoyed cooking together, using the tv room for movie nights, and the pool table for great fun with family. Everything was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We were able to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner and used the larger dining room table for the holiday. One slight negative.......the house pool wasn't heated, but we used the warmer Clubhouse pool and enjoyed the warm sunny days. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and would stay again in the future!!!!

Great property and reasonable price

We stayed to visit family and the theme parks. It was always nice and quiet. Our kids used the pool everyday. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. We have stayed at several properties in the area over the years and this one ranks high. We would stay here again.

Would never book with United Vacation Homes again.

United Vacation Homes ruined our trip to this extremely nice property. We had paid United Vacation Homes for pool heat for our 6 nights stay at this property due to the fact that one of our family needed pool heat due to a medical condition. We made many compliments to them and was even told by the person doing maintenance on the pool that the pool was not heated to the temperature required.(I was told the water was hot at the pump but was not flowing through to the pool) Not once was the temperature taken by a device(they judged the temperature by sticking a hand in for 3 seconds)and I was told that the hot tub overflow would heat the pool. The whole outside of this property is also covered with mould even the seat covers. The pool was full of bugs and debris from the tree that has broken though the protective netting and into the pool. The inside of the house was perfect, it was was modern and extremely clean and the only fault I would say was the pool table was not level( minor issue). Also the communication with this property agency was extremely poor. They would not respond to direct emails and when I did contact via VRBO it was not always professional. So to sum it up we paid for something we did not receive, this is not a cheap motel we paid alot of money to stay is this lovely villa but was left disappointed.

Awesome vacation home

This home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were 8 adults and 1 child, and we still did not use the Circus themed bedroom. Our family enjoyed the air-conditioned game room, and the swimming pool. We cooked breakfast almost every day, and there were plenty of kitchen dishware. The Emerald Island Resort was very well kept, and the onsite staff was exceptional. We would recommend this rental property to anyone, and hope to come back soon - as our vacation experience was top notch from start to finish. Thank you
