This charming property has two bedrooms, one with a king bed that can be split into two singles upon request. The other bedroom has a queen bed, designated work space, smart TV, reverse cycle heat pump, direct access to a furnished deck, and an ensuite.
There is a sunny open plan kitchen/living/dining room with a comfortable sofa, smart TV, and a heat pump/aircon. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso pod coffee machine, and even a stand mixer if you're into baking! The bathroom in the property also houses complete laundry facilities.
There is a large deck with patio furniture and a private grassed area, with sweeping views of the River Derwent and Mount Wellington mountain range.
There is free, off street parking at the property for one standard size car, as well as public transport nearby.
A short walk away is the scenic Lindisfarne foreshore, cafes, pizza, and an IGA.
We provide freshly laundered towels and linen for each guest, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide pantry basics, tea, coffee, and some milk to get you started.
Please note, to access the apartment, you will need to descend a set of stairs and walk down a gravel path. The apartment is regretfully unsuitable for wheelchair access. You may wish to consider this when booking for elderly guests too. There are external security cameras but none that face into the home.
Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport). Retreats Tasmania have a strict no parties, no smoking, and no pet's policy.

Lindisfarne is a charming suburb, just enough out of the city to be peaceful but close enough to explore everything Hobart has to offer. The suburb has trendy coffee shops, grocery stores, takeaways, and a foreshore walk with a huge play park. There are buses you can get into the city not far from your doorstep, or you can drive the 10 minutes in yourself.
