Perfect Getaway

We came to Eurika Springs with our friends and this was a perfect place for 4-6 people. It was peaceful and the views are beautiful. I would book again.

We had a great stay in Holiday Island! We very much enjoyed the hot tub, grill, and fire pit. Would have been even better if firewood was supplied and the house was a bit cleaner. But, overall, we loved it!

Holiday Island retreat with hot tub

What a nice surprise, this house was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Every detail was considered. Private and quiet complete with passing deer and morning bird song. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Everything was wonderful! The beds were super comfortable. We really enjoyed setting out on the back deck. Even saw some deer a couple times! The kids enjoyed time in the hot tub.

It was great. The house was just as we expected and very clean and spacious. The hot tub was relaxing and it was a great yard for the dogs. We sat on porch and watched the wildlife. It was our 34th anniversary and we had a wonderful time.

Beautiful house

This rental is absolutely for families . We enjoyed the board games, pac-man, air hockey and more . This rental was beautiful we would love to stay here again. My only complaint would be the listing time which was checking in at 3pm but the details sent to your email have a check in at 4pm when traveling long distances these little details matter .

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home in quiet, rural setting

We loved staying at this beautiful home for our NYE! The furniture was very comfortable and the home was extremely clean and well-furnished with the basic appliances. They even left a few coffees for us to brighten the first morning! There were LOTS of games and the patios are wonderfully relaxing. Responses to any questions were very quickly answered. I only wish the gas firepit was working and that the hot tub would have been hotter but apparently it takes considerable time to warm up. There was a wood-burning fire pit in the yard, though, but we decided not to use that one. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Great stay, only a couple of minor negatives

The house was comfortable, stylish, and clean. The only issues we had were that it took a long time to cool it off on the first night (If I recall, the owner asks that the thermostat be set at 78 upon leaving), and the neighboring house was kinda creepy! It’s dark and overgrown, and overlooks the patio where the hot tub is, so needless to say we took a hard pass on enjoying that! Other than that it was a great stay. Holiday Island was beautiful, and everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away.

Great get away.

Everything was as advertised. The place was clean no odors no dust just laying around. Everything was in good repair. The only thing I could not work properly was the dishwasher. Which was disappointing because I had to hand wash all the dishes. But I would reserve this place again and again and again. It was perfect for my wife and I.

So cozy and in a perfect off beaten location

Omg!! Loved it! The back porch overlooks mountains and a river with a small waterfall. The sound is so peaceful. Plenty of outside furniture to enjoy the outdoors. I’m bummed I didn’t get to utilize the fire pit and cute Adirondack chairs. Plenty of towels for the bath and towels for the hot tub. I stayed with a group of five women and even tho we had one bathroom to share which was worrisome for a second. We would go back in a heartbeat!!! The only small thing I would suggest…. The lockbox was kind of a pain especially while it rained. But the best thing was that someone in our party lost their earring and the owner found it quickly and is mailing it back. Great communication on their part. Book this house!! You won’t regret it.
