We had a lovely stay here, the property was super clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent - just steps away from the beach and a 5 min drive from Port Douglas shops. Would definitely stay again!
Beautiful property, exactly as shown in pictures, metres from 4 mile beach and less than 5 min drive into the centre of Port Douglas. Spotlessly clean on arrival. Pool area very nice and whole complex very well maintained. Host responded quickly to enquiries. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was even better than described with quality fittings.
The pool was a 50 m walk, the playground was 100 m and the beach 150 m. You do need to swim between the flags at the other end of the beach though. It was a lovely piece of tropical paradise.
The Villa was perfect for our travelling party of three generations. It was clean, well presented, with great facilities and located right on Four Mile Beach, with a pool and kid's playground at our doorstep.
The Property Management team were equally as impressive. They were easily contactable and very accommodating - even replaced a faulty coffee machine in record time!
We would happily stay again and recommend this property to anyone.
The house is very nice and the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The pool is private to the complex of 10 condo not private to the unit. The location is amazing it literally just steps across the park to beautiful 4 mile beach. The only issue we had is that during a 6 night stay the fire alarm woke us up in the middle of the night on nights 1,2, and 4. After the third incident and second phone call John disabled them and then we didn’t have any other issues.

Had a great stay with friends for a special birthday trip. Good communication from property management prior to stay with clear instructions of how to access property. We arrived late at night due to delayed flight- and found it a bit difficult to find apartment due to power outage in town at time- numbers were difficult to see. Property was situated in a lovely quiet location on 4 mile beach... Able to walk out back patio gate through parkland/playground onto beach (would be great for families!) 30 min walk into Port Douglas along beach. House supplied with everything needed for stay- coffee/tea/milk/cooking basics/toiletries and a bottle of sparkling wine. House was spacious- 2 bathrooms and adequate seating- airconditioning and fans to make our stay comfortable. Lovely back patio area with seating and bbq and communal pool area. Short drive into town for cafes and restaurants. IGA supermarket close by for supplies. And a special thankyou to staff who were able to express post a misplaced phone to us at no extra charge! We would recommend a stay at this property!
Great location, well equipped accommodation, but noise issues.
Stayed for 10 days. Our 5th visit to Port Douglas. Kitchen was updated but bathrooms are dated. Screen doors have some holes and there were minor repair jobs not done which impacted on presentation. Mid stay service was limited to additional towels, we expected some bathroom cleaning at least but perhaps we needed to request this. Overall we have given this comfortable, well equipped and well located apartment with a lovely outdoor area and outlook only a fair rating. This is due to constant noise on a daily basis. While it was school holidays for majority of stay, our visit started with unexpected and very noisy roof work for nearly a full day, daily noisy gardening from 7am and adjacent properties being cleaned at least 3 times during our stay. Shared swimming pool which was next to our apartment was at times very noisy and intrusive. Staff were helpful when we contacted them. For 585 per night peak season we feel its not good value for money. Apartments 1 and 6 would be quieter still with good outlook. Probably won't stay again. Disappointing.
