Beach access is just a block away, and with vehicle drive-on access, bringing gear to the shoreline is effortless. The home comes stocked with beach essentials so you can spend more time enjoying the sand and sea.

Interior Comforts
Inside, the open-concept top floor is designed for gathering. A bright living room flows into a fully equipped modern kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a Keurig coffee maker. The dining area comfortably seats your group, and a powder room adds convenience. On the ground floor, a kitchenette offers a quick snack station with a sink, coffee maker, and beach towels at the ready.

Sleeping Arrangements
With 5 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, the home sleeps up to 12 guests. The second floor hosts the primary suite with a king bed, private porch, and an en-suite bathroom. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and shares a hallway bath with a tub, while a third bedroom features a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bath with a shower. The ground floor’s bunk room includes two bunk beds with trundles - a favorite for kids - and a fifth bedroom provides another queen bed.

Entertainment & Extras
This home blends coastal relaxation with plenty of entertainment. The garage doubles as a game room, featuring a ping pong table, foosball table, and space to store beach gear. Younger guests will love the bunk room’s direct access to the patio, while everyone can appreciate evenings spent in shared spaces after a day by the ocean.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
