Sleeping arrangements
Spread across three levels, the home sleeps up to twelve guests in five bedrooms. The second-floor primary suite features a king bed, a private porch, and its own en-suite bathroom. The Flamingo Room includes a queen bed and smart TV, while an additional bedroom offers a twin daybed with trundle. On the ground floor, the bunk room includes two sets of bunk beds with trundles, and another bedroom features a queen bed. A shared full bathroom serves the lower level, and a powder room sits off the main living area for convenience.
Outdoor living
Wraparound porches on the upper levels provide sweeping views of the shoreline and refreshing coastal breezes throughout the day. After time on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling onto the covered patio. With beach access just one block away and beach essentials provided, days outside are effortless and relaxed.
Kitchen & dining
The open main floor brings everyone together with a kitchen designed for easy meal preparation, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. A dining table sits adjacent to the living space, creating a natural gathering point for shared meals and conversation.
Game room & amenities
The garage doubles as a game room with ping pong and foosball for friendly competition. The home also offers Wi-Fi, an HDTV, washer and dryer, ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating for year-round comfort. An elevator connects the levels, making movement throughout the home simple.
Neighborhood & access
Set within minutes of local restaurants and shops and just a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, the location blends quiet beachside living with easy proximity to the area’s highlights. The property includes free driveway parking for two vehicles, a private entrance, and self check-in with a keypad. Exterior security cameras and noise decibel monitors are installed for peace of mind.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
