The setting
Set one block from the beach in Crescent Beach, this three-level home offers partial ocean views and easy access to the sand, including vehicle drive-on beach access. The location feels relaxed and residential, while still keeping you close to local restaurants, shops, and the historic streets of downtown St. Augustine, about a 15-minute drive away.

Living spaces
The top floor serves as the main gathering area, where an open layout brings together the living room, dining space, and kitchen. A wraparound porch extends the living area outdoors, inviting you to linger with ocean air drifting in. An elevator connects all three floors, making it easy to move between levels. A powder room on this level adds convenience during shared meals and evenings in.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is designed for group stays, with full-size appliances, double ovens, and generous counter space. Whether you are preparing a family breakfast or a relaxed dinner after a day at the beach, the open flow keeps everyone connected around the dining table and living area.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across the home to give guests their own space. The primary suite includes a king bed, streaming TV, a large closet, and a private en-suite bathroom, with access to a porch for quiet moments. Another bedroom features a queen bed and smart TV, while a third bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and its own bathroom. On the ground level, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles creates a fun sleeping area for younger guests, and an additional bedroom with a queen bed completes the layout. The home includes four bathrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone.

Entertainment and extras
The ground floor opens to a covered patio with an outdoor shower and a foosball table. The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table and space to store items.

Practical details
You will have Wi-Fi, streaming TV, washer and dryer, self check-in with a keypad, and driveway parking for two vehicles. Exterior security cameras are located at the entry lock only, and a noise decibel monitor is in place to help maintain a peaceful environment. No cameras are located in private areas.

Dog Friendly with pre-approval and additional fees, this Crescent Beach home is well suited for families and groups looking to enjoy coastal living with space to spread out and unwind year-round.
