Luxurious linens and bath towels. 10-15 min to the airport, and only 10 min to the Phoenix Convention Center, Chase Field, Talking Stick Arena and ASU Downtown campus. Free to the public jogging track across the street. The lake at adjoining Encanto Park is also a lovely walk. The Rose Cottage is on the National Register of Historic Places.

Beautiful home wheelchair accessible

Wonderful home- much trouble getting in but eventually the owner took over for the property manager and things went smoothly from there. He was very responsive and available to answer questions. Enjoyable stay!

Great spot

A great spot to stay while in Phoenix to play golf - centrally located, well appointed, comfortable beds, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space.

Rose Cottage

The property manager, Marvin was terrific. The home is lovely…both indoors and outdoors. The home was immaculate and very well equipped. A super comfortable place to call home for 3-4 days in Phoenix.
