BBQ on the Deck with 6 outdoor chairs, Table with umbrella and bug zapper are included in the house for an additional fee ($15/night or $99/week for BBQ for 2 hours/night usage as it runs on Natural Gas) Please ask your host if you would like to use BBQ on the deck. If the guests need cleaning while staying, cleaning can be arranged for additional charges.

There are no double beds in the house. There is a King, 3 Queen beds and 2 Twin beds. Twin beds are suppose to be for children and this is their standard measurements. Thanks for staying with and we will be pleased to host you again in the fure.
Our group thoroughly enjoyed our time in and around Calgary. A great house helped ensure that. It was an excellent fit for our three couples. Our Host went out of his way to give great service and speedy answers. I’d definitely recommend this house.

Great accommodation and nice house. In my opinion and for the satisfaction of your tenants you should consider including the outdoor furniture and barbecue in the nightly fee. Other than that nice clean accommodation.

Thanks very much Robbie, I really appreciate your comments. There are SIX outdoor chairs on the deck with glass table and umbrella and there is no additional fee to use that furniture.
We ask the guest to pay BBQ fee if they use, many of the guests don't use it, so there is no point adding that amount to everyone. Because BBQ is on the natural gas, there is some fee per usage based to pay additional bill of gas.
The house was clean and inviting and had plenty of space for my family gathering. Qaisar responded to questions quickly; we didn't even have to wheel the trash cans to the curb as it was taken care of for us! Qaisar also had refreshments (drinks) and chocolates waiting for us, which was a nice touch.

What a perfect house. Our host was fantastic. We were able to arrange getting in a little early. Very accommodating. We had our adult children with us and the lay out was perfect for a family. Bonus!! My wife really enjoy walking and we were able to hit the trail system that is a block away from the house. Truly a wonderful stay.

Beautiful space
The house is amazing!
The street is very busy! The house also has people who live in the basement and have access to a pantry on the main floor of the house. The people who also live there were pretty loud to be honest, we heard them many times.
We would have liked to know we had to share this space up front.

Thanks very much for your reviews, just to be clear this was asked and explained the basement is occupied by tenants and they do not have access to any parts of the main floor, garage or even the pantry. They have their own own entry and exit and they do not come to the house at all.
We were there once in the pantry from the garage to drop off some food items and drinks for our guest.
We really enjoyed the rental. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean and tidy. Communication was great. There is a tenant in the basement so access to the pantry to restricted and you can’t use the garage. However every time the tenant opened the basement door we received an alert on our floor. That was alittle annoying but nothing to stop us from returning.

Garage access is not granted due to insurance issues and you had plenty of space for parking a single vehicle. There is 2 vehicles parking on the driveway and plenty on the other side of the street.
