This property is very beautiful and up to date. First impression was as expected. Than i notice we only had 4 plates, no steak knifes (they did drop off 4 when we asked ) the pans were all scratched and i could not cook eggs due to this. I brought up my concerns to the host saying that the amenity were no 5 star and felt that for the price we should have pans than are not scratched and over 4 plate ,she wrote back a very nasty reply and stated that she has had the police remove other customers and that she would have me kicked off of Vrbo. This was five days into my rental. I spoke to Vrbo and I asked if I can just pay for the week and cancel the rest of my stay. As it was for four weeks. They were no help. I felt very uncomfortable staying at the house. I’ve had to take pictures before and after and video because I was worried that she would come back and try to say we left the house in a mess. I think her attitude is very poor for having. And for this, I would say for a long stay do not stay here but for a short weekend stay it is not a bad place at all.

Response from VrboOwner on 17 April 2026
This guest has unrealistic expectations and a strong sense of entitlement regarding what he should get from a place where he pays $200/night to accommodate three heavy drinkers for 4 weeks. We realized he was a very difficult guest and were very careful and took his endless requests seriously, we tried our best to give him extra parking spot as requested, we supplied many utensils, on top of our already fully equipped beautiful kitchen with brand new appliances and basic cookwares (especially with plenty of pots and pans- 4 pots, 3 frypans). Regardless we did extra services and bent over backwards to satisfy him, somehow he’s getting more and more negative and angry. He became very specific about how our kitchen supplies should look like, how our laundry machines should run, how vehicles should be parked, finally he tried to change the settings of our listing. Vrbo, of course, refused his request, then he got furious and even more unreasonable, he threatened he would use all his power to ruin Vrbo’s reputation including this property. So the stories he made up and fake words he used in his review must be the best result from his exerting all his power. He stained and stole linens, made damages and left mess to the property. He even said: ‘it doesn’t matter, you can’t do anything to me since I am not using Vrbo anymore’. It’s very unfortunate for us to have to deal with an unaware person like this. We spent a lot of time and energy on him unnecessarily. We would not host him and his group again even he was still with Vrbo, short term or long term.
This bright, stylish 2-storey house was perfect for our group; 4 adults and a 6-year-old. Easy parking on a busy street, whose traffic noise disappeared once we were inside. A 5-minute drive to a choice of grocery stores, and a view of the Sleeping Giant just 5 minutes the other way. Needed a serving bowl and some taller drink glasses when we were there (early June 2024) but they’ve probably stocked those now. Comfortable beds, a great dining table for 6 people and comfy sitting area. Super spot!
