Welcome to our Cottage and Spa, nestled in at the end of a private road and surrounded by mature trees, this magnificent waterfront property provides you with the ideal place to relax and unwind, enjoy the natural beauty of the waterfront and make lasting memories. It feels just like home!

This beautifully renovated, modern cottage has gorgeous views of the lake which you can savour from the wraparound deck and all the rear facing windows... oh so many windows! Lounge lazily on a huge 24 ft by 24 ft lakeside dock with 175 ft of shoreline. Take a dip in the clear lake - very nice with no weeds and 6ft deep at the end of the dock. Umm, did I mention the lake view from the private, oversized 13 ft Hot Tub/Swim Spa? Amazing! And available year round!


This cottage offers a bright, sunny, open-concept living space with wide lake views at the back and nature all around. With ample space and something for everyone, it is ideal for large groups or 2+ families. We have 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens (well appointed), 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

The long gravel driveways on either side of a level grassy lawn which is great for playing volleyball or soccer in the day and laying out on the grass for stargazing at night, the perfect spot to catch a shooting star and the Milky Way. Don't forget to make a wish!

Join us just north of Muskoka, 2 hours north of Toronto, on Duck Lake. Take Highway 400 North and then 12 minutes east, only 15 minutes from downtown Parry Sound.

Great Property, Great Host

This property has everything you need to have a great and comfortable stay. We were 15 Men ages 30+. There was plenty of space for sleeping arrangements and maneuvering in camp. It should be noted that Scott and Shar were in their unit on the same property, but they gave us our privacy, only messaging to check if we needed anything. Would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a large group accommodation.

Great spot for large group

Perfect weekend at Scotts cottage for a group of 12 guys in their 30s. Everyone got a bed. Large hottub was a nice feature. Pingpong table got lots of use. Kitchen is big and modern, perfect for cooking. Also key, was the massive BBQ he has on the deck. Was able to cook 12 steaks and aspargus all on the same grill. No complaints, scott was available whenever we had a question. Beautiful dock down by the water as well, but due to the weather we didnt spend much time down there.

Stunning property for big groups

I had my bachelorette party here this past weekend. We had 17 girls in their 20's/30's sleep comfortably. The hosts greeted us when we arrived and showed us how to use everything. Scott and Sharon are the sweetest people. The large BBQ outside is great for dinners with large groups. Kitchen was also stocked with everything we needed. We loved the paddle boat and paddle boards. The water is warm and the views are amazing. We were even able to watch the finale of our favourite TV show because they had an Amazon Prime account set up. We also played music through spotify on the TV speaker. We had a perfect weekend. I would definitely book this home again. 10/10!!!!

Amazing property with everything you need

We recently gathered with a group of 15 thirty-something women to celebrate our friend getting married. This cottage was the perfect spot. There were ample bedrooms with comfy bedding, blackout curtains and AC units. Beautiful newly renovated bathrooms with nice towels. Kitchen was large and fully stocked (best stocked kitchen I’ve ever stayed in) with a second kitchen downstairs so plenty of space for food and drinks. Large dining table was perfect to seat all our friends. Bonus empty room in the basement would be perfect for yoga or working out. Comfy living room with recliner chairs and couches for late night hang outs. Large hot tub was amazing and hosts had just refilled it so it was fresh for our stay. Easy walk down to water (might be harder for older guests) with a big dock, lots of chairs and water toys. Hosts were so helpful and kind. We will definitely book here again. Hidden gem! Highly recommend staying here.

This is our family cottage and we just loves being up here together, having a BBQ, playing something on the front lawn (some of us are very competitive... lol but I'm not saying who!) or gathering on the dock listening to music and taking in warm rays of sunshine. This is the only place we can actually all sit at the same table together for a meal! :) There's always a joke to be had or a nap to be taken! We love it.

What makes this property unique

The nature and wildlife here is incredible. Last year, we saw toads, chipmunks, geese, ducks, deer, turkeys in trees, butterflies, fireflies, a water snake, turtles, a brood of baby bass, all kinds of birds and even a bear... ok it was a baby, but still - a bear!

It's quiet and it's fun. You can think, relax and recharge. It's become one of my favourite places to be.
