The Fiddler Crab Cove House is our waterfront home with a private heated pool and private dock just off Ockway Bay that leads to Popponesset Bay and Nantucket sound, this home is perfect for your summer vacation!

This private waterfront home can host up to twelve and consists of five bedrooms (three king beds, six twin beds), with water views. In addition, the home boasts two kitchen areas, two living areas, three full bathrooms, and private decks with outdoor seating. Enjoy the peaceful private setting on the decks overlooking the pool and water, swim in the heated seasonal pool, kayak in the bay or to the beach (two kayaks provided), or simply enjoy a good book on the private dock overlooking the water.

The home is situated in the private and quiet community of New Seabury. Enjoy all the amenities of the area -- the home is just over 1.5 miles to the quaint Popponesset Marketplace (offering shops, food, ice cream and mini golf), a 5 minute drive to Mashpee Commons (offering shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment), and if you don't want to boat to the beach, the beach is approximately 5 minutes by car. Central A/C, parking for 5+ cars, two kayaks provided. Boats may be docked at our private dock with permission from owner.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
Summer Bookings must pay by check or ACH (not credit card).
Pool is open May - September. Pool is heated to 84-degrees June - September at no additional cost.
NO hot tub on property.
Guests need owner permission before docking a boat at our dock (maximum boat length and draft apply per EPA).

Comfortable beds! Great pool! And lovely outdoor and indoor spaces to relax as a large group! Cute neighborhood and lots of beaches nearby. Homeowner was very responsive with any issues which made for a great stay. We are definitely planning to come back!

Perfect Vacation Rental for Large Family!!

This home is perfect for a large family that enjoys a water view, water activities and pool swimming. It is bright, spacious, has all the necessary amenities and is an easy boat or kayak ride to the bay and beach. Prescott (owner) was very responsive and provided good recs and tips for people not familiar with the area. We definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

This is the perfect property for an extended family to enjoy a week on Cape Cod. Great setting, large open concept living for families to hang out, spacious pool and patio along with a dock for our boat. The property is meticulously maintained and well organized for renters. Five stars all the way.

The Perfect waterfront home

We had a wonderful stay mid-May at Prescott's home. It fit all 12 of us nicely, and we were able to enjoy the pool and kayaking (we had some great weather). We loved having the second kitchen next to the pool and all the outdoor seating was GREAT! We can't wait to come back next year.

Spacious and comfortable vacation for the entire family

We just returned from a wonderful week-long stay. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfect for our kids, plus a few members of our extended family. We loved the pool, and also loved that we were able to enjoy our rented boat right from the dock. We had a great time and definitely didn’t want to leave. The owners were also great and super responsive to a few questions we had during our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing home - being there was even better than the amazing photos and descriptions. The varied outdoor decks on all sides of the house are really nice and useful. The house is better prepared and ready for you than many that you have to set more things up yourself. The heated pool was warm even on the coldest days. The small pool area was not hot tub warm, but cozy warmer than the pool itself. It is an easy drive to gorgeous beaches and restaurants/ice cream and things to do. The owner was immediately responsive to questions. We loved the home and our time there.

Cape Vacation

We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Mashpee. The location was great, between Falmouth and Hyannis, close to Mashpee Commons for shopping and grocery. The kitchen was well equipped, although a bit tight. Beware of the double ovens, as when heated the outside of the ovens get VERY hot. The view of the Bay is beautiful from the living area, which is a bright and comfortable gathering space. We enjoyed many meals on the outside deck overlooking the pool and Bay. The pool was the highlight of our stay and the kayaks were a great bonus for leisurely paddling in the Bay. The outdoor shower was a kid favorite. It was a great vacation spot and I would recommend it for any large group looking for a perfect vacation spot.

Everything was spectacular

This home was perfect for our 3 generation getaway (myself & husband, 2 adult children & spouses, and 4 grandkids aged 7-12). There was plenty of space for all aspects of our stay; dining, sleeping, TV/living space and lounging around the pool. Despite the kitchen being on the smaller size, it worked just fine for us. It was well equipped and the size helped prevent having “too many cooks in the kitchen”. We could all gather together comfortably inside (diningroom table/living room) or outside (deck table/pool area/front patio) and if someone wanted to tuck away from it all that was easy to do as well. The home was clean and well equipped with kitchen/cooking items, bedding etc. The pool area was the highlight of our stay. Beautifully landscaped & fenced area for privacy, clean and warm water/pool and lots of chairs/loungers. The location was great as well. Very close to public beaches for a day trip to the beach and close to numerous restaurants and shops. Finally, Prescott was a great host who answered questions quickly and checked in via email to make sure all was going well. I highly recommend this rental.

This was gorgeous, priceless time together!

Thank you Prescott, Fiddler Crab Lane was one of our best family vacations. It is difficult to assemble all of our children and grandchildren in one spot so want it to be right and it was. Everyone loved the house, the gathering spaces on both floors were great. The seating was ample and comfortable. Good beds. The deck was beautiful as was the pool. The grandkids loved their room with the blue lights. big hit. Son's in-law enjoyed the kyaks. We all loved the neighborhood and the ability to venture into some parts of the cape we had not seen before. The New Seabury marketplace was a hit and so convenient.

Wonderful Gathering Place!

We rented Fiddler Crab Cove House to celebrate my daughter's 15th birthday and to reconnect with extended family. So many wonderful things to say! It was a beautifully curated house, both inside and out. Lots of space for both adults and kids. Having 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens was a plus. The multiple outdoor spaces were lovely and allowed us to spend time together as a large group for drinks and dinner or to grab some alone time with a good book. The pool was fabulous with lots of comfortable seating and a beautiful view of the water. My husband and daughter had a lot of fun using the kayaks to explore the bay and having an outdoor shower was a treat. Not much more to say. Highly recommended!

Fantastic house!

This is a fantastic rental house on the Cape! I stayed there for a week with my family and another family - 4 adults and 5 kids total. The pictures really don’t do it justice - the inside is open, modern, and very pleasant to hang out in, and the swimming pool plus dock/water access is fantastic. There are two large living/gathering spaces, so it works well for large groups. The kitchen is fully and thoughtfully equipped, and open to the dining/living rooms, so people doing the cooking don’t feel isolated. The kids loved the pool and probably would have been happy to stay in it the whole week. But the house is also walking/kayaking distance from a beautiful beach, and a short drive to the town/state park beach (which also has some nice walking/hiking trails). The hosts were friendly and very responsive. They’ve clearly put time and thought into hosting, and the whole rental experience was very easy. We hope to return to this house next summer.

A little bit of Paradise!

Amazing!!! Pictures and description are point on. 3 couples got to spend a just perfect relaxing vacation at this Mashpee/New Seabury gorgeous home. The pool was heated to perfection and the shed contained all the water apparatus needed. We did not bring children or grandchildren but quickly realized that they would have totally loved this house. There is a special alarm on the door to the pool that would give any parent a sigh of relief knowing that their child could not access the pool without an adult to shut off the alarm. The house itself easily & comfortably could fit a multi generational family of 12. There is a dock with Kayaks and picturesques views . You can eat on the deck over looking the pool or at one of 2 tables around the pool or if you prefer in the garden out front or last of all in the house itself. Beds are super comfy and our host was easy to Contact if we had any questions!!! I can’t wait to return!!
