Overpriced and oversold
Unfortunately this place is rather falsely advertised. Yes it’s been done up ok but its location on a set of busy traffic lights in a commercial area right outside a bus stop means it has very little appeal unless you really have to stay in riccarton. The outside area resembles a student flat complete with empty bottle caps, the main door to the lounge won’t close and the single bathroom is as big as a closet. but the main issue is the road noise. It’s an old bungalow with single glazing, very little airflow mainly because you have to keep the house closed to even think with the traffic noise.. it is very over priced for what and where it is. Would not recommend.

Great location
Great house, great location. Close to uni. Coffee, cafe across the road were really nice. Dinner at Noodle and Dumpling was a great experience with really nice food.
