Ocean Walk- Daytona

Hosts gave us great insight into the check-in process. Property is beautiful, 2br is large and the view is amazing. Location is perfect if you don't have a car but plenty of parking if you do.

Great 4 day getaway

We were able to get the room for a 4 day-3 night stay. Everything was clean and very nice. It was easy to book and the staff was very helpful. Everything we needed was provided in the rooms. I was amazed at the fact that we could hardly hear the "spring breakers" in the hotel.

daytona property

the place was super convenient the check-in super easy the place was appointed nicely but I booked a two bedroom condo 11 months ago and I paid for that I received two one bedroom condos so I had a place to sleep but I was not in the same place as my grandchildren who I only see a few times a year so it was not what I wanted or paid for

Yes Carol, that was unfortunate circumstances. As we explained in lengthy conversation. Due to the NCAA National Cheer Event. Wyndham oversold their 2BR units somehow. This was out of the owners control. Wyndham Resorts reserves the right to cancel or offer options in these circumstances. I am truly glad we were able to secure the 2 ONE bedroom units to accommodate the dates. Thank you again for using VRBO.

Location and views are great! Condition of unit could use some attention!

We have stayed at the Wyndham in Daytona for 3 years straight due to location (ie next to Bandshell and in beach). However, each time the unit rented was in need of some basic maintenance and upkeep, this was included. For example, this unit has a very old refrigerator that makes significant noise, the toilet paper holder in the master bathroom is nearly along out of the wall, the washer and dryer work, but are a bit rusted around the edges, the fans in the bathrooms rattle and run really loud, etc). The most significant issue we had with this unit was it smelled like cat urine, to the point where we purchased several air fresheners and spayed them each time we entered. The whole property could use some attention too. 3 years running the water slide did not work. This year the hot tub was open, but the jets did not work. It only had hot water. (The hot tubs were closed the prior 2 years). One of the indoor pools was closed (same as last year). No pool towels available anywhere. Just want to inform others so they know what they are getting. I am hoping the cheer event is moved out of Daytona next year.

Great resort

Resort amenities were super. Arcade and games. Several pools and chairs. wish the beach was nicer, but since the storm just came through everything was still torn up. No stairs to get to beach. Family of 5, 3 teenage boys. Worked well for us!

The two bedroom 2 bath deluxe was even better than expected! It surpassed online listing. Property managers were very accomodating. For some reason my final instructions did not arrive until the morning we were to arrive and I went into panic mode..... Must have been some type of glitch.

Fun Resort

The owners of this property communicated with me well and even worked with me for a date change in my reservation! I was very, very, grateful! The room was great! Very clean and spacious! We were very pleased! We had our own room and our kids had their own room! The resort is very much family friendly! You literally do not have to leave at all! So much to do right on site! Walking distance to many restaurants/shops!

Unfortunately that did happen. Guest was charged an additional $99 because they submitted WRONG NAME on their VRBO profile to us. Due to the GUEST error and giving us the wrong name. It was ONLY fair for the Guest to pay the fee to Wyndham for that 2nd change. We as owners had already paid the $99 to add guest name as provided and that fee was included in our already discounted nightly rate. FOR ANY GUEST reading this. Please make sure to provide the Host with correct information. All the best and thank you again for booking. You were a great guest. “ I’m actually really glad you posted youre mistake.
