With two expansive family rooms on separate levels, and multiple private king suites, Black Bear Rock will comfortably host up to 13 guests. Enjoy expansive mountain views, a private hot tub, and a custom fire pit designed for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

Main Living & Gathering Spaces
Upon entering, you'll be greeted by stunning tall ceilings, exquisite art, and exposed beams that extend throughout. The main-level living room provides spectacular mountain views, provided by floor to ceiling windows all controlled with electronic blinds at the touch of a button. The living room is also equipped with a large flat-screen TV, streaming services, a cozy gas burning fireplace, and a Sonos surround sound system that extends throughout the house. Fiber-optic internet, convenient charging stations, and easy Wi-Fi access points ensure seamless connectivity.

Kitchen & Dining
The chef's kitchen is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. Featuring a gas range, double ovens, an oversized island, premium coffee system (plus drip maker) a variety of culinary accessories, and a convenient breakfast bar that seats three.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area comfortably seats up to 14 guests and offers a stunning view of the mountains, making it perfect for hosting dinners with friends.

• Main-Level Primary Suite: King bed, seating area, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with a wood-burning fireplace-perfect for enjoying your own private mountain view. The ensuite bath offers a spa-like experience with heated floors, dual shower heads, and an oversized soaking tub- all perfect for a restorative experience after a day outdoors.

• Bunk Room (Main Level): Twin bunk beds with trundle (sleeps 5), bean bag seating area, and flat-screen TV—perfect for kids.

• Upper-Level Primary Suite: A private retreat featuring an enclosed, loft-style living area and workspace, ideal for reading, relaxing, or working remotely. Has its own private bathroom.

Lower Level Entertainment & Additional Space

Sapphire Valley Resort Amenities (Optional)
This home offers the option to purchase access to Sapphire Valley Resort amenities (located a short drive away). Passes are $5/day or $25/week per person and include:

• Playground, picnic areas, and community center

Your reservation includes a damage protection plan. The damage protection plan is $50, and it covers up to $3,000 in damages. In lieu of purchasing the damage protection plan, guests have the option to choose a refundable security deposit. If you would like to pay a refundable security deposit, please contact us. The security deposit is $500 and will be administered subject to the NC Tenant Security Deposit Act.
