The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are located within the world-famous Ko Olina Resort and Marina, positioned on the second of the resort’s four lagoons. Stroll the 1.5-mile walkway that connects the lagoons, passing landmarks like the new Four Seasons Resort, Disney’s Aulani Hotel & Spa, and the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. The Ko Olina Golf Course, which has hosted the Lotte LPGA Tournament, and the Ko Olina Marina are also nearby. With a six-night minimum stay, there’s plenty to explore at the Beach Villas and beyond.

The Beach Villas at Ko Olina are among the newest and most exclusive oceanfront condominiums available for rent on Oahu. Located 25 miles from the busy streets of Waikiki, Ko Olina offers the perfect balance of tranquility and convenience. Our villas are individually owned and legally approved for short-term rentals (6-night minimum stay).

- Villa Features -
Ocean Tower 306 is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath located on the 3rd floor, directly facing the pool and ocean.
- Primary Bedroom: King-sized bed, private 5-piece bath with deep tub, double sinks, walk-in shower, and a sliding door that leads to a lanai with views of the golf course and mountains.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-sized bed.
- Third Bedroom: Two twin beds (convertible to a king upon request).

Additional amenities include:
- Floor futons, Pack 'n Plays, highchairs, and strollers available for families with young children.
- Open lanai with comfortable seating
- Fully equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

**Our parking stalls are best suited for compact vehicles. Guests with vehicles that require a larger parking stall may be subject to a one-time $25 parking fee for use of a larger space, subject to availability.

We also provide beach essentials including beach chairs, towels, an ice chest and toys for the little ones. For a smooth start to your vacation, we offer an Instacart grocery delivery service to your villa between 2 and 4 pm on your arrival day.

- Nearby Attractions -
During your stay, explore the resort’s four man-made lagoons, perfect for swimming and snorkeling, especially for families with young children. Visit the Ko Olina Marina for ocean activities, or enjoy world-class shopping and dining at the nearby Aulani and Four Seasons resorts. The 18-hole Ko Olina Championship Golf Course is right across the street, and we can arrange golf club rentals upon request (additional fees apply).

The resort is just 2 miles from the town of Kapolei, where you’ll find a wide range of shopping and dining options, including Costco, Target, Safeway, Outback Steakhouse, and Starbucks.

Another great stay at Lagoon 2 for our family. This unit was our 6th experience and one of the nicest in terms of furniture and cleanliness.Really liked private location right out of the elevator with no other unit doors near by (they are around the corner from the elevator entrance). I would suggest walking through the garage to elevators closer to the unit vs taking the closest elevator to the parking stall and walking up through the lobby and all the way around the pool, etc. it saves so much more time.Stocked with beach gear, which my kids LOVED!The washer and dryer are a little troublesome but that was the only hiccup, I’m sure if we had called they would have come to look at it, but we didn’t want to bother with it.

Beautiful location

We throughly enjoyed our time here. The pool and beaches were never over crowded, the staff was always kind and helpful and the condo was spacious. It was a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.There were beach chairs, a wagon and cooler we were able to use which was a welcome surprise. Only constructive feedback would be some of the plumbing fixtues could use a handy man to come in a do some small fixes. Otherwise it was the perfect vacation and we would love to visit again.

I stayed in this property in Sept/Oct 2022. Very nice area, nice set up. They even left some Hawaiian snacks which was nice. Decent room for 8 people, 4 adults, then 4 kids of all ages. Pools were nice but nothing to write home about. Walk through the pools and your are at a lagoon and beach. Very nice, no waves, but you can snorkel and hang out, secluded. That is the good. The pools close at 9 which is ridiculous in my opinion. Fitness center closes at 9 and opens at 6am. Very disappointing, why close either, nobody is watching over it anyway. The king bed is very hard, stiff, not comfortable at all, unless you're into that. The queen bed is more comfortable, but the fan in the room clicks the whole time it is on. Addressed at least 4-5 times, was told once that they came to fix it, that was not the case. I wish we could turn the fan off, but the a/c was not great in the back room, so we needed the fan. Horrible sleep every night we were there. We addressed it daily, with no fix. We would turn down the A/C every day multiple times to 72, it would always somehow go back up to 76 degrees. We addressed, was told they would look at it, nobody ever did. They gave us 8 towels for 8 people. No extras. We asked for new towels, were told that we had to wash them ourselves. We ran out of toilet paper because they only gave a couple rolls. We were there a week, with 8 people, you would think they would provide that kind of stuff as most places do, they told us we had to get our own. A couple days after requesting, they ended up bringing us new bath towels only, but only 7, not 8, and brought us some toilet paper. The location was good, but service from owner is horrible. I paid a decent amount of money to have a horrible night of sleep for a week, with no action. Also, not kid friendly unfortunately. This place is made more for adults, older folks, not families really in my opinion from the looks we got sometimes. Would never stay again.

What a wonderful condo, and the property manager, Michael was great too! The complex was beautiful and so well taken care of…truly magical! Ko Olina is a beautiful resort area, with coffee shops, stores, and restaurants! Highly recommend!

This was a beautiful property! The condo was clean, beautiful, and the grounds were amazing!

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the pools that were shallow enough in most places that I didn’t have to worry about my kids drowning and the beach was beautiful. We walked the path to all of the other lagoons several times and really enjoyed the wonderful, clean condo. They provided beach chairs, toys, a cooler, pretty much everything you’d need! We will definitely stay there again.

AMAZING LOCATION!

Mist of Coronavirus- MOST WONDERFUL STAY

My family just loved this property. It was great for the kids as well as the adults. It had everything inside the condo. With a grill on the property next to the pools, it was just perfect. The lagoon was also great because it wasn't as crowded as the other lagoons next door. They provided us with boogie boards, snorkeling gear, ice box, pretty much everything you need for a family to enjoy Hawaii. As for the walk along the beach, the paved pathway allowed us to take an early stroll and dropped by Aulani for coffee. There's no restaurants or cafes on-site, but Costco and target were only 15 minutes (1exit) away. It has everything to be able to cook and we thought the cleanliness of rooms were good. The only thing was the kids going to the pool/beach all the time, the washer+dryer was a bit small. But other than that, we managed to still get everything washed and got my extra detergent right away when we ran out. Overall I would reccommend the Koolinas beach villa to my friends.

The place was just as it was pictured on the VRBO website. High quality appliances and beautiful layout. The workout room was the same, nice equipment and clean. The staff was top notch, polite, respectful and funny. Our car was quite a walk from our room, but the walking was good for us.

Home away from home...but better

After staying here, it's hard to imagine ever staying anywhere else when in Oahu. Everything you could possibly need was provided. When they say a fully stocked kitchen, they mean it! Not only did you have all your tableware, but it also meant kitchen appliances (rice cooker, blender, coffee maker, etc) and also spices! There was also ample beach gear (beach chairs, snorkel equipment, boogie boards and also some sand toys for kids). Laundry detergent was also provided for the washer and dryer (I was planning on going to buy some). We had a little difficulty getting the dryer to dry the pool towels we used. Even went so far as only putting one towel in the dryer but it was still coming out damp. Not sure if we just weren't using the right settings, but other than that, this place was pure perfection!!!

2nd stay at this villa, it’s great!

We love Ko Olina beach villas!! The location is great and the condo is beautiful! So much better than Waikiki or even Kailua as far as we’re concerned and we’ve stayed at both. Grounds are absolutely beautiful. The condo had everything anyone could need from the kitchen to the beach toys. The beach is very family friendly but when you want a little more wave action there’s a great beach at the “end of the road”, literally! All the way up the west side until the road ends there’s a beach that has awesome waves and a lifeguard. We saw whales just off the shore that stayed around for as long as we were there. The only thing we didn’t like was that the pool and gates closed at 9pm so enjoying a evening swim or relaxing by the pool was not an option. Maybe this changes as the days get longer but we went in January and February. Overall we always have a great time and would not hesitate staying here again!!!
