A quick four-minute walk (240 metres) to Shoal Bay Beach will make your holiday easy and stress free to experience all the activities under the sun. If surfing is your thing, then Wreck Beach and Zenith Beach are also within 1klm from the property.
Shoal Bay also offers a fantastic array of dining, café and nightlife, Shoal Bay Country Club has a superb choice of dining experiences from Mediterranean, Italian to the Game Fish club where you will experience a great choice of seafood. Less than 1kms from Beach Haven to Tomaree Head Summit walk which offers short by challenging hikes and picturesque ocean views across Port Stephens and beyond.
Beach Haven is tastefully furnished and spread over two levels with a lift for easier access to the upper level. The luscious palm greenery surrounds the property giving this beachy, relaxing vibe to all those who visit. Take in the outdoor areas with a table and chairs on the downstairs patio to seat 8, or upstairs on the balcony with another alfresco dining table and chairs for 8 people and gas teppanyaki plate BBQ overlooking the gorgeous lights throughout the garden. The manicured lawns wrap around the property and provide an outdoor shower and clothesline around the back.
Once you've taken in the sun, head upstairs to the open plan living/ dining room accompanied by a large Smart TV, free Wi-Fi, split system air conditioning and soundbar. Downstairs has the second living area with a ceiling fan, Smart TV, PS4 station and sofa bed. There are two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, main bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet, and vanity provided and laundry equipped with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
Travelling upstairs either by the staircase or lift will lead you to the open plan living/ dining area, fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including under bench oven, induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, DeLonghi Nespresso coffee pod machine (bring your own L'OR pods for some delicious coffee in the morning), family size fridge/freezer and plenty of bench space to prepare meals.
Bedroom 1 is also on the top level, it features a split system air conditioner, ceiling fan, walk in robe, ensuite with a shower, toilet and vanity and access to the balcony to allow the beautiful sea breeze to flow through and a cute sitting area for some self-time to catch up on that special book.
Off street parking is available for two cars in the driveway (no garage available), park the car and walk to all activities that Shoal Bay has to offer. There are also external cameras at the front of the property.
Please note this property has a refundable security deposit of $500.

We loved our long weekend at Beach Haven! It's a beautiful 3-bedroom house with everything you need to relax and enjoy a beach holiday. Fully equipped kitchen, all the mod cons, very spacious, modern & comfortable. Fabulous outdoor entertaining spaces! Loved the proximity to the beach, just 2 mins walk. Will be back :)
