This single-story 4 bedroom, 2 ½ bath cabin is within minutes of the slopes, lake, recreation areas, shopping, and dining. This log-style cabin is luxury at it's finest with high-end furnishings, a custom-made local juniper pool table, distressed wood flooring, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with a cozy cabin-in-the-mountains feel.

The open floor plan features beautiful knotty pine walls and cathedral ceiling that brings the space together.  The living room is highlighted by the river rock wood burning fireplace that will surely keep you warm after a day on the slopes or stay cool during the summer with central air conditioning.  The spacious sofa has room for everyone in front of the large flat screen TV with cable, Netflix and Blu-Ray (bring your own DVDs).  The kitchen has extensive counter space of solid granite and bar seating as well as stainless steel appliances including a gas range with double oven, microwave, dishwasher and coffee pot.  This Big Bear cabin has a dining area that is perfect for a meal or catching up with friends on your laptop and Wi-Fi.  When night falls you can enjoy playing pool on the custom pool table while watching cable TV.  Step out to the back yard for relaxing in the fresh mountain air while grilling on the propane barbecue.  Kids will love exploring the fenced back yard with mature trees.  The covered front porch is the perfect place for sharing memories and a bottle of wine with family and friends.

Down the hallway is a full (tub/shower combo for the kids) and half bathroom, laundry room and four bedrooms.  The master suite is the perfect space for relaxing with a California king bed, back deck access, TV with cable and a 3/4 bathroom with extra spacious walk-in shower. Bedroom two has two queen beds, TV with cable and Xbox One S console (bring your own games).  Bedroom three has a queen bed and TV with cable, and bedroom four has a California king bed and TV with cable.

This beautiful home could be your regular mountain get away which will make you want to come back to Big Bear Lake before you even leave!
NO pets. If pets are brought, guests will be charged a minimum of $600 plus any additional cleaning and damages. All service animals under the ADA guidelines need approval before booking.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.  

Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
