Fall break

Location was excellent. TV connectivity in living room was hit or miss do to the fact that amazon fire stick uses wireless to connect. TVs closer to the router (front door) had no issues.

Indianapolis Conference

We were happy to have a cute apartment to stay in for a conference we attended. It was clean and neat. My only complaint is that the couch was not very comfortable. Otherwise it worked so well for us. We could walk to the convention center and Lucas Oil Stadium.

Beautiful Building

The building was beautiful. Our unit was nice. The commode kept flushing and kept us up the first night. Maintenance worked on it and it was a little better the 2nd night, but still not fixed. Not the owner's fault, things just break. It was a good stay.

Great location

The apartment is nice, clean, and well appointed. Great location downtown and we walked a lot around Indianapolis. Cosey Suites is fussy to deal with but tolerable-lots of pictures with your ID. They send a link to the check in process. If you do not look at it you will be super confused. Luckily Google maps knew the entrance was not on Illinois. The apartment has no view but we were fine with that.

The property was nice. Apartment was very basic almost like a college dorm. Sofa uncomfortable, floors made noises when walking, bed squeaked, closet shelf broken, toilet constantly ran, pot in freezer with ice, elevator very loud heard all night, and no parking pass even though was advertised.
