Beautiful home but does have a musty smell. Master bed has a combo of musty and animal smell.Kitchen well stocked with everything.Furniture is well worn, beds comfy. Hot tub, firepit was nice.Beautiful property.
We had a nice stay in Panama. Cabin was big enough for the family. Very good sleeping arrangements. Outdoor space was nice. Plenty of room for the kids and dogs. Disappointed about the trails. Not really any tails to hike. We had to clear our own path, so that part is very misleading. Still had a weird smell in the master bedroom. Sulpher smell in the water was difficult to get used to, but we understood the situation.
This cabin was perfect for our weekend get away! Close enough to many things to go check out and do, but also enough to do at the property that you never have to leave if you don’t want to! Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful time staying at this perfect cabin. The property is set in a peaceful area and the cabin is modern and cozy. The hot tub is definitely an added bonus!
Hot tub was one reason I rented this property, but it was not hot when we arrived, and it took two days to heat up. Whoever the servicing company is should turn it up well before guests arrive. We could have used it thrree days, but only got to use it once by the time it was warm enough. There were many flies in various stages of life; alive, almost dead and dead. Dead ones were all over the carpet by the windows. Again, servicing company should have gone through the house and sprayed for bugs as well as clean up the dead ones. Two large bedrooms had no dressers or benches to put suitcases on so we had to do everything from the floor. Closets were not finished so no place to hang clothes. Guests should also be made aware of the rugged terrain that is the driveway. Good thing it didn't rain much. If there is closed captioning on the television, instructions should be written as to how to set it up. Would not recommend this home.

Great Place to unwind
This cabin was perfect. Secluded from neighbors with lots of room to roam. Location was great too, only 20 minutes from all the tops spots. Cabin was clean and just as described. Will go back!
Perfect cabin! Just as described in pictures. Off the road with privacy for our family. Great location - 20 minutes drive from Jamestown, Bemus Point and Lakewood.
We just finished an amazing mini staycation. The home, location and weather were outstanding! There were local activities to do but we just really wanted a much needed rest with nothing planned. Thank you Ryan for allowing us to visit your beautiful home!
Property was lovely, nice and secluded. Can definitely tell they've made continuous and recent improvements. Everything on the listing was accurate.

Private cabin
We had a great family gathering to see the 2024 eclipse. The cabin was clean with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable, hot tub and fire pit made the evenings fun. Visited the nearby Southern Tier Brewery and the view of the eclipse awesome! Thanks for a great time!
This was my first terrible experience with a VRBO. The listing was misrepresented, and the condition of the property was unacceptable. We were notified on the day of arrival that a 4x4 or AWD was required to avoid falling into a creek due to the muddy, unmaintained driveway. The yard was also a swamp, and the walkway to the house was covered in ice with no clearing or salt. The unit itself was 58F upon entry, with wall units that made it impossible to regulate the temperature. Many windows, hallways, and closets were unfinished, with exposed wiring and drywall scraps left in the upstairs closet. Safety concerns were numerous: electrical wiring was exposed, and brooms were stored leaning against the wires in the kitchen closet. The lighting was harsh and lacked options, while the curtains were paper-thin. The upstairs floor was uninsulated, making every noise carry.Ultimately, we left after less than 24 hours due to safety and comfort issues. The owner and EVOLVE management were dismissive, unhelpful, and stopped responding to my requests while we were still on the property. With 2 dogs, an infant and pre schooler, staying at this unit was NOT an option. I cannot recommend this property to anyone.

Terrible Experience
Please allow me to begin by saying this is the only negative review I’ve ever written. I typically only leave positive reviews. We arrived at the cabin on Friday evening and were greeted with piles of flies under every window in the cabin. We reached out to the owner and were told they had sent a company to spray earlier that day-(YIKES!) and that we could use the vacuum. The cabin had an odor, and was very dusty. The master bedroom smelled of strong urine, and there were cobwebs everywhere, especially above the queen bed in the master bedroom. The sheets in the master bedroom were stained, and there was a spider in the bathtub. When reading the WELCOME message left for us on the table, we learned that we were NOT to use the dishwasher and that we were not allowed to use the wood-burning stove from April- October due to “maintenance”. Nothing about this was mentioned in the cabin’s online description. in fact, the appliances and wood-burning stove were emphasized. Considering of our priorities in choosing a vacation spot is having a fireplace, this was very disappointing. Several flies were buzzing in our son’s upstairs bedroom as he was trying to sleep. The smell in the master bedroom, coupled with stained sheets and dust above our heads, made it impossible to sleep in the master bedroom as well. Needless to say, we all slept on the couches. Prior to going to sleep, we notified the owner about the buzzing flies (with no response) and called Evolve to let them know our situation. We told them we would be checking out the next morning, cutting our 3-night stay to one night. The Evolve representative was very supportive and apologetic. She said she would contact me in the morning after speaking to the owner. They eventually reached out in the late afternoon after two more calls from me with an offer of a very small refund. Since that felt like an unacceptable offer based on our experience, I was able to speak to a supervisor and get a refund for almost the entire stay. It took some hard-ball conversations to achieve the refund, but I’m grateful that they finally stood behind their guarantee. All of the reviews of this cabin were excellent when we rented this cabin, so I hope this one is posted. We would have liked to have seen this prior to our experience. Perhaps this review will inspire a correction of all of the above, because the cabin could be a very nice stay, especially if all issues are addressed responsibly. Call tomake sure before you book!!
