Nice neighborhood

We enjoyed our time in Naples neighborhood Falcons Glen. The owner was very easy to contact and respond. The home was spacious and we enjoyed the added access to The Players Club.

Spring break stay in Falcons Glen

Just finished a great stay in Falcons Glen. The property was as pictured. The availability of the Players Club was wonderful, we used that often with our 10yo. The house was very well outfitted, and the owner is extremely responsive. Thank you for a great stay, wish it had been longer!

Property was fine once we arranged to have access to the pool by having the ugly black fence removed.

It may not be visually appealing to you, but we value the safety of our guests' children, and out of an abundance of caution, we chose to incorporate that additional safety measure for our guests."

Nice spot for a family stay

The house was well equipped with items needed for a 2 weeks stay. The location is great, in the lely resort with access to the players club where we spent most days with our kids. The only small things are that the owners vehicle is in the garage so you can’t use it, and the walk in closet in the primary bedroom is locked so you have no where to hang your clothing in the primary which is annoying when the other two bedrooms are being used. Overall a nice property in the older section of lely.

Very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood

We enjoyed staying at this well kept home. The home had wonderful natural light and was well equipped with anything one might need and very well organized. I might not stay there with very young children as the pool was on the lanai just 3 or 4 feet from the back door. There was a netting fence barrier, but we found it difficult to fasten/unfasten. We would stay there again.

Worst VRBO property I’ve stayed at!

I vacated this property after sleeping on a couch for 2 nights. I’ve submitted a claim for reimbursement. You should have all the photos, video, and details regarding this musty, mildewy, ant-infested home. Nowhere near how it was described.

Hi Don, we take guest comfort seriously and regret that this stay wasn’t what you expected. The homeowner shared that:- The home receives monthly pest control, and an exterminator was sent in response to your concerns. Florida naturally has many insects, but we have traps in place to help between treatments. Rest assured, there is no ant infestation.- The HVAC filter was replaced again, though it had been changed last month. During our recent visit, we didn’t detect any musty odors.We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to improve for future guests.
