Situated in a quiet apartment complex, close to the Ballarat CBD, this executive style two-bedroom unit is ideal for professionals or for a family getaway.

The fully self-contained unit offer's exceptional accommodation with great styling, well-appointed furniture and fittings, and all the comforts you could need.

Comfortable beds, quality linen, a well stocked kitchen and a lovely private courtyard complete with BBQ and firepit.

The unit has been designed for comfort and relaxation. Giving you everything you need at your home away from home.

Centrally heated for warmth in winter and airconditioning in the main living area, external blinds and fans in the bedrooms for cooling in summer. Ensures you will be comfortable year round.

Extra soft beds with bamboo toppers, woollen doonas and quality linen will have you sleeping soundly. Each bedroom has a built in cupboard, and the bedside tables have a charging pad for your phone or tablet.

The open plan living has a comfortable couch, dining setting and also a smart TV. The couch can be made into a sofa bed on request (the unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people).

The kitchen has everything you need to cook or just order in! Complete with a coffee machine, plunger or tea pot your mornings (and afternoons) are set.

Opening into a lovely and private courtyard garden including an outdoor setting, barbecue and firepit (BYO wood).

The unit is located in a small complex, off the main road. Within walking distance is the Brown Hill recreation area including a swimming pool, oval and playground.
The Brown Hill shopping complex has a great fish & chip shop and the pub serves good food too.
The heart of Ballarat is less than 10 minutes away.

The unit is on a bus route from town.

The Yarrowee River Walking Trail is also not far away.

Getting the front door open was a bit challenging to one not used to mobile phone communication. Also disappointed we were unable to use the garage attached to the unit. Currently being used as a store room. Otherwise all was OK. Would stay there again.
