The heat did not work in the house and the temperature in our room at one point was only 59 degrees. Our rental was from Saturday to Saturday and the system was not fixed until Friday, the day before we left. The rental company did bring us space heaters which were greatly appreciated.

Amazing place

We loved staying here. The property was as advertised. The beach access was incredible and very easy to get to. We loved the sunset views of the ocean from the top deck. We could definitely stay there again!

Great stay!

Stayed here with my husband and friends (and 2 babies <1). Had an amazing time, the place is huge/everything felt brand new. It had all of the amenities you could need. Very short walk to the beach and about .5 miles to all the shops on Pine. Would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again next year!

Great home steps from the beach!

Beach house was just as described and photos are very accurate. Enjoyed cooking on vacation as kitchen is well equipped. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. Walk to pier was 1 mile and walk to pickleball courts about the same! Loved AMI and look forward to visiting again.

The house is as expected, it's just like the pictures. Very clean and has everything you need. Location is great also. The only thing I'd change is better pillows on the beds and more towels per bathroom and the kitchen needs more dish towels. Overall this house is absolutely great and I'd stayed here again.

Incredible Home! Amazing Location!

Absolutely loved our stay at this home. Not only is it gorgeous inside and out, the proximity to the beach is incredible, and the backyard/game room is a blast. Our whole family fell in love with this home and we will be back. Perfect stay for the 6 of us, with myself and my wife, along with four kids ages 6-15... plenty of space and fun games to play. 30 seconds to the beach, along with a cart, umbrella, toys, etc... it could not have been any better for us. Thank you - and we hope to be back soon!

Awesome house

This property was amazing! Just as described! We were amazed at the cleanliness. The best house so far. We placed a call to maintenance because one of the exhaust fans was dripping water and the staff responded very quickly. The walk to the beach was very short! The pool and game room were fabulous! Hoping to go back to AMI and Sea Creatures Cottage!

Lovely home and equipped fabulously. Would return for sure A few suggestions; bedspreads are very heavy, a railing would be nice to get in and out of pool, a bathroom on pool level would be a great addition to avoid going in house wet, and one bathroom should be equipped with handicap bars.

Property is even better than the photos they have everything that you need as if you were in your own home. Loved the pool had some shade to cool down and you could catch some rays as well. Beds were great kitchen had all you need to cook meals in. The downstairs gameroom and bar was a hit.. Close to the beach 4 houses and did not have to cross a busy street We will be back to this house enjoyed it to its fullest extent.. Great house check it out you want be sorry.

Our group enjoyed an all gals gathering to celebrate multiple birthdays. The house was fantastic, large enough to accommodate the eight (8) of us with plenty of areas to spread out, but also "intimate" spaces to gather together. Very clean. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked with accessories. Balcony on 2nd floor and rooftop deck on 3rd floor were used A LOT! Access to the beach was primo-literally steps from the house. Game room saw heavy rotation with both pool table and shuffleboard table action in the evenings. Had a minor issue with the elevator that was fixed immediately. Shout out to Rachael and Larry from Anna Maria Life Vacation Rentals for taking care of it so quickly. Enjoyed being at the northern end of the island. We rented bikes and used them, as well as walking a good bit, to explore AMI. Excellent food and atmosphere at the Ugly Grouper and Ginny & Jane E's Cafe. And we had a crazy cool experience riding horses IN THE BAY with C Ponies-highly recommend!!

Great Stay!!

I would highly recommend this rental for your family trip. We had an excellent stay. The house is very clean and pictures are really reflective of what the property looks like. The location is perfect. Right by the beach and close to several local establishments. One thing that is not listed on the site, is there are 8 beach chairs available and a wagon to tote things to the beach. The only complaint I would have is the pool is always shaded. You can get some sun on the sides of the pool during the peak of the day, but if you like the shade it's perfect. Great stay and we would absolutely return!!

This VRBO was one of all-time favorite properties, if not my favorite! The house is absolutely beautiful and the location was so close to the beach and all of the cute local shops and restaurants! Everything was a two minute golf cart ride away. The backyard pool, putting green and grill were great, the game room was so fun for the family, and the balconies were perfect for the amazing sunsets and family time. We needed assistance with a few things during our stay and the team was SO responsive. I was thoroughly impressed. I have no complaints about this property or the area. I would love to be back. However, I would imagine someone will snatch up this amazing house to make their forever home. I wish that I could. I LOVED it!! Thanks for making this such a memorable trip for our family of six.

Fantastic Vacation Home & Location

We really lucked out being able to reserve this house after we shifted our vacation location from Captiva to Anna Maria due to the hurricane and this house did not disappoint one bit. It had basically everything we needed to have a great time during our stay. The game room and pool were used heavily by both our families, along with the beach chairs. The kitchen had everything needed. The beds were fantastic to sleep on. The whole house was decorated beautifully. Night time sunsets and evening drinks on the top deck were serene. We hope to make a trip back to this place in the near future. Thank you for sharing it with us.
