Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Extra guests = Extra fees. $35 per person above your inital booking count x length of the reservation. This includes visitors or non-overnight guests.
Pool access is an additional $25 per person, per day and is not included in your stay. Hot Tub is not included in the base rate and is $100 per stay.
Guest agrees to review and sign the required rental agreement prior to booking. All reservations are non-refundable. Security Deposit required: $500
