The guest bedroom has a completely renovated bathroom attached as well! This bedroom has 2 brand-new twin beds (2023). While you are on vacation, they may not be. • All trash is to be bagged and placed in garbage chute or proper containers. • Cars must be pulled into the parking space as normal. We had a set back with this property company cancelling our stay, out of no where, a little less than one month prior to our stay. "Because the owners decided they want the property". I had to scramble to find another property. We love this property and have stayed many times before, with private ownership, and loved the area.
That being said, this unit is beautiful, nicely updated, clean- although a vacuum would be a nice addition. They had pretty much everything you would need for a one week stay. Beach supplies like towels, kids toys and umbrellas were included. The unit is large and spacious, it overlooks the pool and bay. However, the pool was not clean, I had to call several times about the cloudiness, along with other guests that complained, the bath house was not clean either. but both were resolved while we were still there. The property management company was very receptive while we were on the property. The property is only a short drive to the beach, less than 5 minutes.
I would highly recommend this unit!
