Brand new in 2023 this luxury house is a unique custom designed space that exudes style, unlike any other property in the region. Featuring stunning expansive views across the mountains of Wilsons Promontory and located only 5 min drive from the park

Designed specifically for purpose this space will not disappoint. You enter the space from your own private entrance you will be taken by the large open plan living space. A large six seater dining table and double sink polished concrete kitchen with island bench for those kitchen chats and food prep. All of the required modern kitchen amenities you’ll need to cook a great meal whatever may be your desire.

The comfortable lounge invites you in with two large comfortable sofas to seat 6+ guests. This space extends out to the expansive view across the paddocks to the mountains of Wilsons Promontory National Park. A short 5 min drive away. The large 70" Smart TV is perfect for movie night or to catch the big game. Additionally one sofa turns into a Queen pullout bed for additional guests or children.

The lounge opens directly onto a large decking which has an outdoor dining table seating 8+ along with beanbag couches.

Heading to the bathroom you’ll find a perfectly appointed double vanity sink bench space with backlit mirror, rainwater and handheld shower-heads in the shower to freshen up after your day.

The 2 bedrooms has large storage space and shelving, a Queen-sized bed, take in the view from bed and or access straight from the room the decking where you can enjoy the view to its maximum.

It is now your time to unwind, relax and embrace all of the amenities the apartment has to offer along with the large array of activities you can engage in nearby.

You have full and private access to the apartment and enjoy our part of Paradise. You will be provided a key code to enter the front door with the electronic door lock at your convenience.

The neighbourhood nearby the quiet tranquil town of Yankie is the perfect escape. Only a few 100m away is a General Store, a Pizza Cafe and a children's playground.

We are a family run small business doing our very best to enable people to enjoy this beautiful part of the world in a beautiful comfortable space.

For any last minute needs and even petrol are available in Yanakie though for a bigger shop prior to your arrival you may see it best to do so at a major supermarket on the way to keep yourself within budget.
