Cozy upstairs condo located in Pinebrook Village at Shanty Creek Resorts. Condo features two bedrooms each with attached full bathroom. Full kitchen, living room with fire place (not available for use by guests) and flat screen TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, open WiFi, washer & dryer, and deck overlooking Shanty Creek. (TELEVISION DOES NOT HAVE CABLE. Television has attached DVD player and Amazon Firestick which provides access to streaming services such as Netflix and Hulu). This is a great location for travelers, right off M88, 3 miles to downtown Bellaire (home of Short's Brewing Company), and minutes from Schuss Mountain, Summit Mountain and Cedar Village. 10 minutes to Alden and TORCH LAKE, and 30 minutes to Traverse City.

Condo offers year round fun with 4 top ranked golf courses, ON SITE outdoor pool, 2 ski hills, nordic trails, great restaurants and bars, and much more provided by Shanty Creek Resorts. Perfect place to enjoy everything Northern Michigan has to offer.

Bedroom 1: Features new plush BeautyRest King Size bed, with memory foam pillows. Window overlooking Shanty Creek, large closet, and attached bath. Bathroom has tub/shower, vanity, toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features 2 New comfy twin beds, closet, and attached bath. Bathroom has shower, vanity, and toilet.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, and plenty of open cupboard space. Dinning space connected to kitchen counter with 4 barstools.

Living Room: Cozy space with oversized leather couch and love seat, wall mounted flat screen TV, dvd/blu-ray player, and sliding door to back deck with views of Shanty Creek. Free Wi-Fi.

THE FIREPLACE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUEST USE.
Schuss Mountain is a sister resort to Shanty Creek and the ski / snowboard hills will be open there. Schuss Mountain is 8 minutes from Shanty Creek. Always call in advance to make reservations.
