Nassau Village 7 is a charming 2-level townhouse situated on the canal, offering 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, a dining and living area furnished with modern decor, and a convenient half bath. Step out onto the deck off the living room, where you can relax while enjoying views of the canal, complete with a table and chairs. Take the spiral staircase to the second floor, which houses the 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The master bedroom has its own deck overlooking the outdoor pool. The townhouse is equipped with 3 TVs, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Parking is available for 1 car. The property is non-smoking, and pets are prohibited. A starter package of soaps and paper products is provided for your convenience.
Please note - sheets, and towels are not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.

Great stay

Great location and area. Short walk to grocery store, coffee shop and beach. We enjoyed the pool. The condo itself was modern and suited our family. We did notice some cleanliness issues upon check in, mainly in the bathroom. The management was incredibly attentive and overall it did not impact our trip. Would definitely stay again.

The condo and location are great. It was very clean and suited our family’s needs perfectly. The rental is managed by a third party rental agency, not by the owners, so you have to go through some hoops that feel outdated and unnecessary in my opinion. I much rather prefer a contactless check-in/out instead of having to drive to an office to pick up anything and drop off at checkout. The fact that you have to supply your own linens also seems a bit unnecessary, especially when there is a cleaning fee/cleaners that come after your stay.

Beautiful place. We loved everything. Sitting on the patio overlooking the water was amazing. Close to the beach. Close to the store. Close to great food. Kitchen is also stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely use this place again in the future and recommend to all.
