Situated across the street from Northside Park, which has walking and biking trails, playground, free weekly activities and concerts like Sundaes in the Park with Fireworks, a crabbing pier, kayak, SUP and paddle boat rentals, grills near picnic table-filled shelters and gorgeous sunset views!

In season, rentals begin and end on Saturdays. Couples, families and senior citizens only. In order to maintain a peaceful and pleasant environment, Lorelei II has an enforced noise ordinance. Any attendees at the condo must be accompanied by their parent or guardian who is over the age of 25. Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any kind on the premises and no pets of any kind are allowed due to condo policy.
