The overall house and lake was wonderful. Had a couple of issues that had to be brought to the attention of the rental company but it was handled in a timely manner. Will keep this property in mind for a revisit for another time

Perfect for our kids, age 7 and 6. Very shallow off the end of the dock so no big fish but the boys caught plenty of little fish. Sandy beach was a huge hit. Able to kayak and paddle board. Hot tub worked well. Key pad to get in was a struggle but 1 call and someone was there within an hour. Internet was great.

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. When the hot tub needed some attention the staff was there promptly. The setting is beautiful- will definitely be back!!

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for our family. The lake was a great size for paddle boating, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We are already thinking of going back again next summer!

Amazing views!

Nothing like waking up and having your coffee with the most amazing lake view! This house was perfect for us to be able to stay as a family while visiting. The living room area was able to accommodate us all while having down time at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The house was well stocked and had plenty of amenities. We had a young child with us and there was even a baby gate available! Loved that the bedrooms were upstairs and those in bed or napping couldn’t hear anything going on in the kitchen, or coming in And out from the lake. Wonderful visit!

Our family loved fishing in the lake, using the kayaks and playing yard games. We ended each night with around the fire pit with smores. We hope to be back next year and to enjoy the property again.

We enjoyed a long family weekend at the cottage. The house was clean and nicely equipped. It was large enough for our group of 11 to be comfortable and hang out together. The outdoor spaces were also great and the lake was beautiful. There were kayaks and lots of beach/water toys for all ages. We would love to spend more time there in the future.

Family reunion

We needed a place big enough to accommodate 10 of us as well as a place to be in near and in the water. We enjoyed the lake and the yard immensely. It was also close to the family members who lived in the area

Great spot on the lake

The house was perfect for our 8 adult family. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning. Cara provided ample recommendations for the town around, which was welcomed. Worked out fine for our needs.

The host was very responsive, and we appreciated the many waterfront games and equipment for our kids and grandkids to enjoy. The beds were comfortable - very important. At least one hair dryer would have been appreciated. I thought it was listed, but maybe not. Also - could have done a couple things to make the home feel cleaner, like dusting the shelf under and behind the TV in the master rather than a swipe just in front, hosing off the many cobwebs on the kitchen window screens, throwing away some of the filthy, rusty pans in the lower cabinets, and cleaning the oven a bit so it doesn't smoke in use would have given a cleaner feel.

This is a great place to stay with young children - kitchen and dining room flow directly into backyard, beach and shallow part of Lake, so parents can spend pleasant time in or outside and keep their eyes on the kids. The beach is small but nice and the lake and kayaks are great. Awesome fire pit also. All appliances worked fine. We would come back.

We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet lake with plenty of bird sightings and the deck was a lovely location for a morning coffee before heading out for the day. We also used the deck for snacks/games of cards in the afternoon. Lovely bedrooms and beds, and the blinds worked wonders if you want to sleep in. We had one adult with some mobility issues, but with the main living area downstairs and the deck, yard, and fire pit all easily accessible from there, it was a breeze. Everyone in our group had a comfortable stay, and really enjoyed the firepit, kayaks and paddleboat. Thank you!
